List of Jennifer Ahmed's Reviews
By far the worst doctor experience I have ever been through. I went going in with Vertigo/PPPD (Persistent Postural-Perceptual Dizziness) symptoms and after getting my MRI results back that came back normal, she essentially tells me there's nothing that I can do about it and am just going to have to figure out a way to cope with it. She also informed me I had a chiari malformation which may or may not be causing my issues but didn't go into it much with me because there's "nothing anyone can do about". After still having questions and while asking her one of them, she opened the door to let me know the appointment was over, and after my one question walked out dismissing all of my issues. Please do not go to her if you are looking for someone who is actually caring to fix your issues rather than read you results, tell you you are fine and walk out while taking your money!
Dr. Ahmed treated me for facial spasms. She was kind, professional and knowledgeable. The office staff were also pleasant. The negative reviews may come from individuals who refused to wear a mask. I encountered two such individuals during my visit and they were extremely adversarial.
Jennifer Ahmed is a great doctor
HORRIBLE follow up and unprofessional office staff. No matter when I call their office, you NEVER speak to a live person. Everything goes to voicemail. I have left several messages, and even went there in person to ask that my doctor call me ASAP with my MRI results. I have not received one call back from anyone there, even just to tell me that the doctor will be calling me with results at some point. Dr. Ahmed is a good doctor, but she needs a new office staff, or train the existing staff on how to run an office.
Really cares about her patients and their needs. She’s the best!
Office staff is extremely rude. They called to move my appointment up to an earlier day and when I arrived they said I did not have an appointment. Instead of trying to assist with their error, they were rude, would not let me speak with the Manager, would not give me their name and slammed the glass window in my face. I have never experienced this as a patient, especially while not feeling well. The man at the reception counter raised his voice, slammed the glass (which I still cannot even comprehend) and walked away. I have no idea if the doctor is good, but unfortunately I will NEVER know because I will Never go to her based on who she employs!
We have been trying to reach Dr. Ahmed for a refill of a prescription for the past two days and no one is answering the phones. Our pharmacy has also been trying to get in touch with her office for the past month with no luck. We do not know if the office is open - but the phone message states that it is. Unless someone reaches out to us in response to this review, we will be looking for another doctor.
I have left message after message but no return calls Trying to get them to schedule a mri is like pulling teeth I give up.May be they should try to get a new office staff.
Dr. Ahmed was very caring and informative. She listened to my complaints and recommended solutions. Will recommend her. Thanks...Dr. Ahmed I am glad I decided to go with a doctor closer to me.
She’s awful Never called me after mri results were in and I have serious neck pain and atrophy Horrible approach

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
