As always I love Hudson headwaters. The best care ever.

Great Medical office. We had our first Covid-19 Vaccine there yesterday and they were like a fine tuned machine. They made both me and my wife feel personally cared for. Amelia our nurse was wonderful in answering all our questions and this group put our minds at ease.

Everyone I have encountered at this facility is over the top. Friendly and attentive is our two adjectives I can think of. If it's possible to enjoy a trip to the doctors this is one you could! Lol

Having recently moved to Plattsburgh I was apprehensive about finding a new doctor. I didn't have to be. I have had only two appointments with Dr. Ellsworth at Hudson Headwaters Plattsburgh but the experiences were similar. As to the facility itself I give it a A+. It's clean, quiet, comfortable, and friendly. The staff are always obliging, professional, and personable. Check ins are quick, wait times for me have been short, and the process from start to finish seamless. Dr. Ellsworth himself is also outstanding. He listens, explains in plain language, and never seems pressed for time. He doesn't change medication regiments just to justify a visit. He also doesn't make you come back more than is necessary. As I said in the start of this review, I was apprehensive about a new doctor but, I didn't need to be. I feel I am in good hands.

First-time patient. Walked and was pleased with the waiting room Check-in was a breeze Waiting now. The rest has been determined Nurse called me in after short wait Did normal doctor things vitals height weight etc. Short wait again. Doctor came in was super personable. Visit was fast yet thorough. I will be back

Currently I am a patient at Hudson headwaters Plattsburgh family health they are very helpful they always answer my call if I make one, they are always very polite and take time to listen to you and talk to you about what you need for your health care needs

Called to set up a pcp there. Found out the person they wanted me to see wasn't coveredby my insurance. Multiple attempts to call, no one answered. I didnt go to the appointment nor had I established care there, I am being charged with a ncns. It wouldnt have been a ncns if people answered their phone. It would also be nice if they set you up with someone that takes your insurance.

I just called over to inquire about my appointment. I spoke with a woman named Jennie, who was so un-professional in the way she spoke, and addressed me. She spoke over me, and was quick to end the phone call before I was done talking. She seemed to not want to assist me in anyway. I'm a new patient, who's scheduled to see Dr Yamilee Jacques, and I'm already apprehensive due to the over the phone encounter with this Jennie woman.

I see Dawn Ashline, whom I worked with when she was an RN at CVPH. She is an absolute darling and really listens to my concerns. My children see Pam Cook and Ashley Bonatas. Both are wonderful and great with my girls. I highly recommend them as a ped for your kiddo! The staff is also SUPER friendly. From the front end to the nurses, they were always smiling. They helped my husband and I with having 3 babies with us whom 4 out of 5 of us had back to back appointments. The facility has always been clean and the wait times have been short compared to every other office I have been to. So happy that myself and the rest of my family are all able to go to one office and it being this office.

This is by far the best medical office I’ve ever been to. Everyone is always very professional, caring and compassionate. I LOVE Dr. Pamela Cook! If you’re looking for a PCP, please do not hesitate calling this office as our health is the most important thing to live our best lives.
