I was a patient at this office for about five years, I’m young I had three heart surgeries all before the age of 30. My situation is not ideal and I face many difficulties including getting to and from doctors appointments. The ladies in the office are derogatory and condescending towards me to say the least. On one occasion on the phone I was asked to update my information when asked for an emergency contact I said I don’t have one and was completely ignored the woman on the phone stated oh I found your emergency contact here again I said I don’t have one and was ignored and she spoke over me. When I called back the next day about the incident I was put through to her extension nobody picked up so I called back and was put on hold and ignored. The incident was never dealt with. In August 2020 I came into the office presenting with stroke symptoms. After being taken back to see the doctor and waiting I heard somebody outside the room say Oh my God the doctor doesn’t know she’s here and laugh. I set up a date for testing to confirm a stroke. I called back the next day feeling worse and whoever answered the phone said there’s no available test dates and continued on a conversation in the office and then hung up on me. I went to the emergency room at Montefiore in the Bronx and was admitted to neurology for a stroke the staff at the hospital told me it was a good thing I didn’t wait for the test scheduled for a month later and suggested I get a lawyer. I’m no longer a patient at that office and I’m glad that I left. After I left I wrote I requested my records to be sent to my new cardiologist but instead of sending my records they sent my written request to the new cardiologist. My INR results were sent to the office by accident before the switch was made, I got a call about my results and when I was asked what dosage of a blood thinners I was taking I said the new dose from the new cardiologist and was told don’t you think that’s a problem because we never had you on that dosage in this office. Yes actually that’s the problem I was told by more than one doctor and cardiologist that that dosage doesn’t work for me!!! I know longer get any of my medical care in Rockland County.

After 4 years of really liking the doctors and staff can no longer wait over 2 hours beyond my appointments .

I have to say the receptionist is one of the nicest ladies I met. She even called me back to let me know there was a earlier appointment that I could get. The doctors were very nice in explaining everything I needed to know about my health. I will definitely recommend friends and family to this establishment

I have been coming here for past 10 years and all stuff are super nice and friendly. Dr JJ and Lee are great.

Dr. Root is one of my favorite doctors. He ALWAYS takes his time during the appointments and is very thourough. Unlike most doctors, he takes the time to follow up and see how you’re doing. I highly recommend him. My suggestion would be to call beforehand and see if he’s running on time or not since he really doesn’t rush his patients, sometimes you have to wait but it’s worth it.

Was scheduled for a rather routine Ultra Sound 9/13 at noon. Received a call at 10 am ON THE SAME DAY asking me if I could come in earlier. RUSHED TO GET TO THERE only to be told to take a seat and wait for the specialist. Three people were seen before me arriving after me and when I spoke with Michele she was rude and short with me an told me to " take it up with the specialist". The Specialist told me she was not aware I was there or she would have seen me sooner. Terrible receptionist.

I have been to this office twice and both times I found myself sitting in the waiting room for a very long time. As I sit here right now, it's 2:05pm and I had a 1:30pm appointment. They ask that you show up 15 mins early which I knew better this time not to do or else I would be sitting here for more than 45 mins. I find this to be incredibly rude. I'm not coming back to this place
