The secretaries at the Pomona branch of Northeast Orthopedics & Sports Medicine are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Gotesman listened to what I had to say, and after asking questions and doing some testing, I was immediately directed to take the tests necessary to continue with my care here with Dr. Gotesman. I asked him an unrelated question and he handled it with the utmost concern and professionalism and I feel secure with his answer. I definitely recommend the Pomona branch of Northeast Orthopedics and Sports Medicine and especially Dr. Alan Gotesman.

Staff definitely need to be more sensitive. I walked in and was acted very aggressive regarding their policy of waring a mask, when I asked for one as I thought I had one they sent me out, only for another assistant to give one to me. I.e. they had, but would not give me. I also have never been to a medical office that requires physical insurance card, and a photo isn't enough. Nurse would not allow me to to move the chair in the room to allow me to sit next to the child I brought, and was extremely rude when she told me to move the chair back. Would rather nearby Refuah center.

Took his time to listen to my symptoms and then had x rays taken. Was able to diagnose and had a plan to alleviate the pain along with great bedside manner.
