Had what I thought was sciatica and had lumbar MRI. Thought I was going in to assess for an epidural. Dr Deep looked at my results and there was no explanation for sciatica pain. He examined me and found it to be my piriformis muscle. Gave me an injection into the muscle and walked out with 80% less pain. Only because the nerves have to go back to normal once swelling goes down. He recommended stretching the piriformis muscle 2 x a day, showed me the stretches and recommended yoga. As far as my back, he said yoga will help strengthen my core which, in turn, will help my back. This all happened within 15-20 minutes appointment. He is thorough, quick and knows his stuff. As soon as I walked into the office, I was seen. This place and dr are amazing. Miracle workers!!! Thank you so much

From the moment you enter the front door you are greeted with smiles from the front desk gals. The therapy I have received is second to non in professionalism with passionate caring kindness. Community wellness has been such a pleasure in my recovery process. The port jefferson location has great physicians that are facilitating their patients needs. The office staff at the front desk are wonderful as well. I recommend this location as it offers multiple services including acupuncture, with a wonderful acupuncturist.

I wish I met Dr Deep and Greg Beltrani 20 years ago. I have been living with back pain for years and forgot what it felt like not to be. The staff is awesome. Look no more make this your first stop!

The professionals and the care were excellent. The absolute only negative thing I have to share is about the scheduling. It’s hard to reach someone to schedule and the appointments have been totally unorganized -at times-the patient appointment time is different from the staff schedule. Thank you for being a caring medical team.

Been bringing my parents here to community medical wellness in Port Jefferson NY for the past 3 months they have been the utmost helpful with my parents with their physical therapy and chiropractor,s they made things so comfortable for my parents that they’re so pleased. The staff is unbelievable. The receptionists are fantastic and what I see what these ladies do with all there patients is incredible they care about their patients Erica has been so nice that she’s even helped with paperwork and taking care of appointments for my parents on all aspects of there health you don’t find that many offices that go out of their way I’m very pleased that my parents are comfortable coming here any physical therapy and chiropractic consulting this place is highly recommended. The whole staff is there for their patients. They asked the right questions they give the right answers and they do what’s right in the medical field.
