My car accident was 3 years ago and in all that time, not a single "doctor" has actually listened to me or done anything at all to help me. I've completely lost faith in the healthcare system and everyone working in it so I didn't have high hopes before my first appointment here at BNPC. I was wrong and I'm glad I was. Kara Mason is literally the most caring person in the medical field that I've ever seen. She didn't just spend 5 minutes doing a half-ass exam before kicking me out of her office and telling me to go to pain management like every other doctor. She spent extra time with me, listened to all my symptoms and actually took notes, and went over ALL my MRIs with me (even the older ones from right after my accident 3 years ago) to understand the progression of my injuries. She was empathetic and caring and could clearly see that my case has been mishandled for years with multiple doctors failing to do anything while my situation progressed to this point. Even after the appointment was over, she gave me me her contact info and told me to reach out for anything, even if I just needed to talk. She even offered to walk me out to me car and continued to call me long after I got home to keep giving me referrals and names of doctors to follow up with. For the first time ever, I finally feel like I'm in good hands. 100% recommend!

Katlyn Conville provides excellent and professional care. She is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. She takes time to fully explain your situation. Definitely recommend !!! Wish I could more stars

My experience at this office was above and beyond my expectations. The whole staff was accommodating and pleasant. Dr.Katlyn Conville was amazing! Not only was she informative, but she took the time to explain to me my health issues. She has an excellent bedside manner! I highly recommend coming here!
