I saw Dr Chu at the office. He had great bedside manners and explained everything so well so that I could understand what was going on with my body. Honestly the whole office was great. I would definitely recommend.
Wonderful care, profesional, nothing gets overlooked, by caring people. No long waiting in line, provided much needed information pertaining to my needs.
They take fantastic care of people. Very caring. All the nurses I have had taking care of me are wonderful. Great at what they do. I'm grateful for the entire team.
Friendly, professional, and prompt. I feel very comfortable and knowing I am in good hands ; from the receptionists,to the techs, and most of all Dr. Chu!
Very caring & informative. Always going the extra mile. From taking blood & vitals to doctors & following through after, always friendly and professional.
I went to Dr. Chu to have a blood test. I was a nervous wreck. The results came back, I am fine but what impressed me was he explained everything he looked at in detail. He spoke to me like he was really concerned about my well being. He has a very positive attitude. I highly recommend him.
Dr Chu deserves a 5+++ rating. Dr. Chu listens attentively to all his patients concerns & answers them in a kind & gentle manner. Dr. Chu is very through and a testament to his profession.
Dr. Chu is so encouraging and kind. He is brilliant and humble. He gave me hope when I was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. Blessed by him. Joanne is an amazing nurse practitioner. NYCBS has the best doctors. Dr. Chu saved my life.
Dr Chu is a kind, knowledgeable, compassionate physician. I recommend him highly.
Worst experience ever. Angriest person I ever met. We couldn’t get any answers to our questions. He immediately got angry when being asked questions. I could not even tell he was capable or not. All we got was his attitude.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
