I am not a fan of going to doctors, however when I have an appointment with Dr. Burns it is ALWAYS a good experience. She is kind and caring. She is a great listener and responds professionally and with care. I am so comfortable talking to her as she has “no airs” about her. I wish all of my doctors were like her. She is GREAT… simply the best.

Dr Burns spends adequate time with her patients and establishes a comfortable rapport. In a world where healthcare feels like working in corporate, this is a pleasant change. NYC&B specialist unfortunately doesn’t always follow suit

Very Judgemental not nice at all . She was snotty and the wait time was ridiculous all for a follow up appointment . My dad did not even want to go back after that .

I was a patient and it was the most wonderful experience I had, the staff are nice and didn't not have to wait long in the waiting room. The doctor was very caring and had very good bed side manners she alway listen your concerns and address them. I will miss her dearly.

The best of the best! Caring, respectful and knowledgeable. Dr Burns is the real deal. Special props to Dr Burns team for they’re awesome individuals. God Bless

Dr Burns started out good but took a turn for the worse and really lost touch with my mother who was her patient. She prescribed a medicine and a week later my mother died. Upon seeing the situation she had created Dr Burns didn’t so much as step foot in the hospital she told my mother to go to. Both she and St Catherine’s were grossly negligent - we just couldn’t prove it legally. I would stay away - you would just be a number.
