I love how they keep deleting the bad reviews to boost her score. She is the worst doctor! My mother passed, because at the end of the day all Yelda cares about are her numbers and her paycheck. She does not spend time with her patients, she refuses to answer questions and had no compassion at all. She misses major changes in the patients health and has no regard for her mishaps. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Nouri’s for a little over a year now. From day one, I was very pleased with her care, her level of knowledge, and the time she took to explain things and to answer my questions during office visits. She coordinated with my wonderful breast surgeon, from Stonybrook Medicine, Dr. Anastasia Bakoulis, and with my other doctors as well. The problem is that she is part of a poorly run New York Cancer and Blood system. There are many wonderful people working there, but there isn’t a direct phone number to reach them at. You must go through a “call center” and be called back, you are often put on hold for 15-20 minutes at a time (once I held the line for 47 minutes). If you are lucky enough to get a timely call back, it can still take awhile to get the accurate information to the correct personnel. This has made my recovery difficult to manage, and I’ve had drug interactions that could have been avoided. Also they didn’t process my FMLA documents on time.

I see Dr. Nouri for anemia and Everytime I see her she is so kind and compassionate and understanding. She truly is a kind, gentle soul and definitely has the best bedside manners I've seen in any doctors I've been to.

I have been seeing Dr. Nouri for my breast cancer treatment for about Five months now. I have the utmost respect for her decisions concerning my treatments. Every time I go in to see her she answers every question I have. And I always have a lot. I love her personality and she always makes me feel better when I leave my visit. I would recommend her to family, friends, and strangers. That's how much confidence I have in her. My last treatment will be soon and I will miss her. Thank you!
