I have been with Dr Wood for several years now and she has never failed to give me her full attention and care, while taking into consideration my particular needs and wants. She is knowledgeable, respectful, and efficient. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Dr. Wood is a family practice primary care physician. She isn't a psychiatrist or therapist, but she is very good with issues concerning behavioral health. She is very proactive about making sure patients see the specialists they need. She sees patients of all ages and is very accepting to those in the LGBTQ community. Dr. Wood only sees patients Tuesday through Friday. The one downside is the waiting list for an appointment, as they are currently six months out for new patients.

Dr Wood is a wonderful. I was so impressed the way she treated me that I had my husband go to her. He thinks the same of her. She listens and explains things so you can understand. Sends you to specialist if needed. Always takes time to talk to you about not only reason for visit, but also any other things that may be bothering you. When you leave her office you are pleased with your visit and what is the plan of treatment. Always wears a smile!

For years we dealt with the doctors in Massena. When we went through four doctors in one year we decided to try Potsdam. We got lucky, we found doc when she first came here. She takes the time to listen and doesn't doctor by computer. I have a huge issue trusting doctors but not with doctor Wood. She has my complete confidence. My wife has a not commonly known disease and doc has gone out of her way to care for her in every way possible. We hope she is here for a long time!!!
