Gina Sam's Online Review Report Card

I listened to this doctor for longer than I wanted to. She promotes a pill called “Emma” that is supposed to help reset your intestinal track and help constipation. I took this pill every day for 2 months and saw no change whatsoever. If she promotes a product that doesn’t work, I can only imagine her in-office advice and diagnoses are equally as bad.

The product Emma that you push all over the place is crap! It doesn't work! If your the same doctor Sam.. your a scam!

None of the hospitals confirmed her existence. FAKE

I cannot recommend Dr. Sam. The appointments with her were fine, and she does seem knowledgeable. However, unfortunately, she works part-time at the Potsdam clinic. She only responds to messages every other two weeks. On the weeks that she's gone, she does not respond to messages that you leave with her staff. They will tell you that Dr. Sam is gone and will return on X date. So even if you need a lab refill or a lab or stool test, the staff cannot order anything for you until she returns. Because of this, I had to go to the ER just to get a test done. This is inefficient and does not prioritize the health of her patients. I decided to switch to a different doctor who is a full time provider.

If you do a search at the above-listed facility, there is no Dr. named Gina Sam.

Dr. Gina Sam is in way over her head. She always seems in a rush. I'm sure her new product "Emma" being shown everywhere has definitely added to her work load since she and the product are being shown everywhere. She needs to learn positive way to prioritize. When you are in the medical field, showing that you truly care and actually taking the time to sincerely help your patients should be #1.

Careful, a fraud

Her visit was so unhelpful and an other doctor helped me more than her. Plus, I watched her video and she is repeating words constantly, and does not get straight to the point. This woman is frustrating.

In two Trips with Dr. Sam Each appointment felt like she had somewhere else to be and was waiting to go out the back door. She didn’t have much knowledge of what I was going through and seemed to just suggest medication or following a certain diet instead of actually trying to discover and diagnose the root cause of my condition. Months later and I’m still waiting for her to communicate with me. It’s impossible to get in touch with her unless you’re with her in an appointment. Been waiting for over 2 weeks just for someone to schedule and phone visit with her. Her office move at the pace of a snail. Do yourself a favor and find someone who cares to help you, I can assure you it’s not her.

Dr Sam listens! She a brilliant doctor that takes a holistic view. Very friendly, patient and thorough, I couldn’t be more pleased!
