List of Tatiana Dicoby's Reviews
I've been seeing Dr. Dicoby for about 7 years, and she came highly recommended after my original OB left the area. Throughout my pregnancy, I found that Dr. Dicoby was arrogant, not open to questions, and was constantly rushing me through the appointment and out of the office. After my child was born, I started seeing her PA for annual visits, who has been wonderful. However, I'm now in need of services the PA cannot provide, and find myself stuck with Dr. Dicoby. She has cancelled my follow up appointment now 4 times, and every time she cancels, it gets pushed out 6-8 weeks because that's the "next available" date. While my situation may not be life threatening, the fact that my 6-month follow-up is now 4 months over-due because she can't seem to plan her vacation time in advance is ridiculous.
I agree with the review below she is a criminal. She does not care about you or your baby unless you have a planned c-section. I was 35 weeks and I asked her when we would start making a plan and she said at 39 weeks. why? to push me into a c section? I ended up going into the labor the following monday and she would not pick up her phone and she was at the hospital the next day and didn't even bother to check on me or anything. I do not recommender her at all. saw her 3 times the whole pregnancy and if you have an emergency you will get a stranger delivering your baby. The doctor on call shipped me to syracuse cause I was 35 weeks and want my son and I to be together if something was wrong with him. Well lets just say syracuse is well aware of her and how horrible she is. I am obviously not the first to complain. This was my first pregnancy so obviously i didn't know what i was doing. She was also very rude at times and went over the same stuff the NP already did.
I had Dr. Dicoby for both of my pregnancies. She is amazing! I have zero complaints. She takes her time with you, listens, and answers all questions satisfactorily. She does her best to ensure that she will be there for the delivery as well which was huge for me. Highly recommend her
I adore her and she has always been great and kind same with her staff!! She was there for me with my first pregnancy and had a miscarriage and saved my life and my daughters when I was pregnant for her , instead of sending me home she decided to keep me and I ended up having her because of a placental abruption. She has also been great with the pregnancy of my son. She is amazing and cares about her patients. I highly recommend her to any looking for an OBGYN! :)
Dr. Dicoby is an excellent MD. I had her for both of my pregnancies. I always felt listened to and taken care of. I highly recommend her!
At first I loved Dr. Dicoby. I have had "female problems" since I was 12 and had been having trouble getting pregnant. I saw another who tried (basically) nothing and was all out of ideas. Dr. Dicoby looked at my medical chart and knew exactly what was wrong I had PCOS. When I finally got pregnant I saw her for a total of 10 minutes and the week I was due she scheduled me for an induction while she went on vacation and never told the person preforming it so I was turned away. Not impressed.
Dr Dicoby is a wonderful MD. Her staff is always amazing and I recommend her to anyone looking for a OBGYN.
I'm pregnant with my first child and have been satisfied with my experience so far. The NP saw me for my first visit and was super friendly, answered any questions had, told me all about genetic testing, went over everything she could think of that I may have questions on for my first pregnancy and then told me if I had any concerns to not hesitate to call the office. I met Dr. DiCoby on my second visit, I did have to wait a little bit to see her but not any longer than I wait at any other doctor's office. She was very friendly, answered any questions I had, went over the timeline for what I should expect in the next couple of months. She went over genetic testing even though I'd already told her Noelle had done the same and that we had decided against it. So far I'm very happy with the care I've received.
If you choose to become her patient you will be putting you and your unborn childs health and even lives at risk. I never once saw her personally through out the rest of my pregnancy. It was always her nurse. The nurse suspected something was wrong and went to mention it to Dr.Dicoby. Dicoby ignored it. The nurse suggested I see a specialist in syracuse and also scheduled me with a different Dr for my next apt because she said she did not trust Dicoby. over the weekend I had severe pain and went to the ER. I was sent upstairs to the BirthPlace. The pain got worse and worse until it was a constant. Meaning there was no lapse, every second of every hour for the next 11 or so hours I was in unbearable pain. The nurses made repeated calls to Dr.Dicoby through out the night. Most of the time she refused to pick up and the others she refused to come in or hung up. Some time that next morning when the Dr on call came in...i was given an emergency c section with out delay. I had HELLPS SYNDROME. By then my organs were shutting down. Although I had gone into the ER a month before with severe cramping and the on call ER Dr told me i need to eat more pickles. The whole hospital is a wreck. My first child was delivered by Dr.Lyons...he was excellent. Now it seems Canton/Potsdam is scrapping the bottom of the barrel. If you choose Dr.Dicoby to deliver your child be warned you might be signing your own death warrant. Months later I was telling one of the women who works at Tricare about my experience and I was told Dr. Dicoby was black listed because of all the complaints.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
