her Explanation was nothing but circular talk. I was tempted to ask for her license number to verify she was a real doctor. She never introduce herself as the doctor during a hospital stay over the weekend of my father in law. She just sedated without any consultation. She was the supervising doctor and took hours to return when we asked for more information and explained nothing.

My visit with Dr. Higgs was due to my Primary Care Dr. concern for elevated White blood cell count. I had a blood test by Dr. Higgs that was not requested by my doctor. Now I have a MAJOR bill for NO REASON.
