Extremely rushed. No opportunities for questions or patient input of any kind. Called the office once to get a prescription and was told she prescribed based on what she prefers, not patient history. Will be looking for a new PCP.

Have not been able to get up to office for an appt. due to current situations. I have called the office since the 12th Dec. finally speaking to a woman still in office, Brittany took message regarding my lack of medication, Atorvastin. She will send it to CVS in Fshkill, Monday. Called CVS...they have not received it. I called the office today all to no avail. I need my script. Call me at 845-297-3847 and I will follow up with CVS. Thank you for your anticipated courtesy.

My insurance made the mistake of making her my PCP. Called for an appointment for routine annual blood work, was told I couldn't be squeezed in for more than 4 months!!!! Immediately changed PCPs.

Without warning I was told today that I could no longer make appointments with her because I haven’t scheduled an appointment in the last 3 years. What? Thanks Dr. Aggarwal for your caring patient service.
