10 minutes late & he refused to see me. I was 10 minutes late trying to find a parking spot. His receptionist said he is going to count me as a no show. Well, I called my insurance company right away on a recorders line & explained the situation . He wanted me to reschedule because I was late. He just lost my business!

I was 10 minutes late today 5/7/21 trying to find parking because the valet guy was busy. This would’ve been my first initial visit with Dr. Debellis. He refused to see me & the receptionist said he was counting me as a no show. Well, I called my insurance on a recorded line to make them aware of the situation. What a bad first impression! He is rude & I would not refer anyone to him. I was actually going to make him my Primary Physician. Some Doctors fail to realize that without patients they have NO BUSINESS! Donna R-S

I told him I was having horrible side effects from medication so he doubled prescription.I stopped seeing him and would advise others to avoid him. I am continuing to suffer from neurological effects .

An honest caring doctor, not afraid to tell you what you need to do to get better. Excellent recommendations.

These reviews crack me up! Have been a patient of Dr. Debellis for probably 25 years... He's the perfect doctor for a slacker like me. He calls it like it is and calls me out when I don't follow thru. I have had a wide range of maladies over the years that he's successfully diagnosed / solved. He is well tapped into the area experts for those referrals that needed further work.

Doctor DeBellis makes me feel like an active participant in my own health care. He takes an active interest in my well being. He is an excellent communicator and a strong advocate for patients. He stays current with the latest medical trends and can answer any question I ask, with depth and kindness. His referrals have all been top-notch. Of the physicians I have known, he is the best. I can (and do) recommend him to my family, friends, and colleagues.

He's of the school of thought that doesn't believe in fibromyalgia, as compassionate as a third grade bully when it comes to obesity, and as interested in the care of his patients as a guy would be, say, forced to walk around in the mall. Very 1st visit, practically the very 1st words me was, "lose the guy, or husband, you look horrible." Friends that had him as a dr left him sooner than I. My thought, oh so he's just a little gruff. But when nurses snicker at the mere mention of this dr... hmm.

Poor communication, uninterested, pedantic. You don't get a feeling of confidence. If you recommend a course of action, he's fine with it. You come away feeling,'whose the doctor'?

I've been seeing Dr. Debellis for 10 years and the care has been excellent. I went from having zero medical needs to having high blood pressure and cholestoral as I aged and he has been excellent in diagnosis and treatment of these. He runs a lot of tests, but they are helpful in finding things like vitamin deficiencies, etc. Make sure your insurance covers them tho...
