I can’t possibly say enough good things about him. He solved a 25 year mystery with my skin issues in under 30 minutes and put me on the perfect course of treatment which resulted in results within a month. If you have a skin issue, this is the person you want to see!

Dr. Kabigting is outstanding. He started our exam by saying: "So tell me about yourself. Where were you born? Where have you lived? Do you spend a lot of time in the sun? Have you ever had a bad sunburn? Ever been blistered?" Then HE LISTENED. He took time to explain things to me and patiently answered all my questions. He did a thorough examination from toes to top of head. He seemed confident and knowledgable. This is in stark contrast to the prior practitioner I saw 3 years ago at another large dermatology practice in Kingston. The PA strode into the room, looked me up and down, pointed and said accusingly "how long have you had that?". He then told me the freckle on my fore head WAS MELANOMA. A biopsy, and the two most agonizing weeks of my life, fortunately, told me he was wrong! This is the tale of 2 doctors. The worst....and the best. Dr. Kabigting is the best!

He is a fantastic doctor with great smile and has an amazing friendly personality and very knowledgeable. He has helped me with my problem and provided great emotional support. Great doctor. Highly highly highly recommend.????

I had a mole removed in his Hudson, NY office on 7/11/19 and two days later had cellulitis and had to go to urgent care for antibiotics. I can only assume this occured during the procedure because I kept the area clean and covered post visit. Also, I was given no instructions of any kind regarding post-procedure wound care. My call to his office the next day was not returned.

Dr. Kabigting has been a godsend to me. I had horrible eczema and he encouraged me to try a new drug that has worked great. Anytime I need a follow up appointment or have to get in quickly to see him he always fits me into his schedule. Wait time is never more than 10 minutes. Would recommend him to every and anybody.

Dr. Kabigting (aka Dr. Fil) is, without a doubt, the best doctor I've ever had. In addition to his first-rate expertise and professionalism, Dr. Fil promptly, respectfully, and comprehensively addresses all of my concerns/questions, both in-person and over email. I was in a scheduling bind last summer, and he ALWAYS made time for me, which involved frequent and last-minute treatments that vastly improved my psoriasis. Thank you, Dr. Fil, for your endless commitment to my health! 5 stars!
