I had a very serious leg injury with multiple fractures and extreme tissue damage and lacerations. Dr. Mangione performed two surgeries in as many days, and guided me thru months of recovery, where I healed almost exactly according to his prediction. I am now walking almost normally, five months since it happened. From my perspective, there can not be very many surgeons who could have done what he did. I am forever grateful.

Dr. Mangion cleaned out my rt shoulder due to a torn rotator cuff from many years ago and reattached my bicep. He did a great job. I just saw him recently for my left knee, x-rays showed that my knee was bone on bone plus arthritis, Doc initially gave me a cortisone injection, then in the next three visits, a gel injection each time. Dr. told me that they may not help due to the severity of the findings of

He tried telling me what hurt and wouldn’t listen to anything I said. He was rude to me and his staff. Everyone else was nice at the office.

I would recommend Dr Mangion. He was great when my 95 tear old mother broke her hip. I then went to him for a fracture in my hand. I love that he spends time with the patients and listens to questions There was never a long wait in the waiting room, either.

Dr. Mangion takes care of our student athletes at Vassar College and I'm very impressed with his knowledge and surgical outcomes. He makes sound decisions that are in the best interest for the long term health of his patients, while giving them the reality of how playing today can potentially make them worse down the line.
