Dr. Ling saw me in the ER, after the day shift doctor (who was excellent) left. She lectured me in a condescending manner as though I was a child, rather than discuss my health issues in a respectful, professional manner. That changed when my husband intervened - she respected his decision that I be discharged, after beginning to argue with me. Her voice tone and body language changed completely. As a woman, I found her manner towards me totally unprofessional and if I saw her again the the ER, I would request another physician or leave.

Dr. Ling is a warm, understanding and compassionate physician with an encyclopedic knowledge of cardiology and various medications used to treat cardiac disease.
