This doctor lacks ethics

Horrible doctor STAY AWAY RUDE AND DISHONEST, NO ETHICS. Funny how it's never him. DONT TAKE THE CHANCE STAY AWAY

Rude, Neglectful, & Incompetent. Avoid him and any doctor practicing at Premier Medical Group. They are more concerned with billing your insurance company than taking care of their patients. From the Administration down to their Secretaries, if you don't want to be spoken to in a rude manner, and be neglected stay away from this doctor and this medical group. *EDIT* I absolutely was a patient of this man. I was a patient of his before he even went to Premier Medical Group, and during his early tenure at PMG. My review is accurate of the service you will experience in this office and with this medical facility as a whole. I would like to note, this man first responded to my review with "this person was never a patient here". Now he has changed it to slander me. I have never "hacked" anything in my life. I am not tech savvy enough to accomplish that. I never called any female staff members cell phones that is blasphemy. The claims from this man are fraudulent and shows his character as well as the character of a practice who would hire him.

The doctor took extra time to answer my questions. Went the extra mile at each visit. I found that impressive. I sent two other people to him.

Ive been going to Dr. Gaesser religiously every 6 months for years. I was sick one day and called his office. I had been battling a 104 temperature and a severe sore throat. I called his nurse, she advised I needed to take a covid test before they would do anything. I advised her that it would take at least 2 days to get the results. She said, " well, that's how it has to be" .. I asked her , " so I have to battle this for another 2 days before you'll do anything? it makes no sense" she said, " there is nothing I can do. I asked about the home test, she said they are not accurate...I was pretty mad but I do understand the rules and regulations when we hung up....I ended up finding a rapid test site in Monroe. So with my 104 temp I went there. 30 minutes later I had a negative result. I did what she asked me to do...I called the the office back, left a message - they never called back. That night my fever was almost 105...I called again the next day and asked to speak to a supervisor...No one called back. After having no other choice I went to the emergency room, by then my fever had come down. They perscribed Zithromax and I was better a couple days later. The next day Dr Gaesser called me...He was unapologetic and seemed uninterested and solely defending his nurse....In the end I told him, I hope his nurse never gets treated the way she treated me when I was so extremely sick....I wasn't a one time patient of this Dr...I am physically fit and I go to see him every 6 months. 1 week late Dr. Gaesser sends me a certified letter stating that he will no longer accept me as a patient. These are the fact.....Unbelievable .....

Dr. Gaesser is an excellent doctor. He is personable, takes the time to discuss my health and medical conditions. I highly recommend Dr. Gaesser.

DO NOT GO TO THIS MAN !!!!! He diagnose me with an ear infection. First he put me on amoxicillin antibiotics and it didn’t work then put me on another and another and another and on the fifth antibiotic he had the nerve to say of that’s enough now. Then ever since that FRIGGIN visit I had gut issues, health issues, basically you name it I have it. All he cares about is money not helping the people. He could’ve gave a probiotic that worked instead of putting me through that. I still considering suing him. Don’t come here !!!

Dr Gaeser is a very caring doctor and I recommend him to anyone.

My son has special needs. I chose Dr Gaesser as his primary. He only seen him once in the year we were there, we were only seen by Nurse Practitioner. Can't say much about his skills never seen him. Dr Gaesser would not sign any papers unless you make an appointment. Even during a physical we were denied a script for therapy. My son uses a wheelchair and appointments involve transportation and is a process for us to make an appointment just to get something signed. NO COMPASSION. ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. PREMIER MEDCIAL PRACTICE WILL NEVER SEE MY MONEY AGAIN. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR GO ELSEWHERE.
