Never called to give results of a PETSCAN which had issues in it. Was told they do this as protocol but was never done in my case. Had to choose one star because it would not post otherwise.

Dr Maresca has been my doctor since 2015 and has always carefully followed my rare, recurrent blood disorder. He has never made me feel like he doesn’t care 100 percent and has always been knowledgeable concerning all the latest treatments and possible solutions. I have specifically asked for him only because of the history of my treatments, but the other doctors and staff are also caring and brilliant.

If I could give no stars I would. My father was terminal inpatient when Dr. Maresca was covering for my dads primary oncologist for a couple of days. He was extremely arrogant, rude, dismissive and even walked out of the room before we were finished speaking about our concerns. It was shocking how someone who chose to be an oncologist showed how much he truly didn’t care to a patient who is dying and to the family members going through this awful disease. Would never recommend anyone going through cancer to be seen by him.

Waited 45 minutes to see doctor. Finally told them to cancel appointment and walked out. People at reception desk had absolutely had no personality. Time to look for another doctor ?????

We initially believed Dr Maresca was qualified and on top of his game due to his confident attitude, he always seemed to be knowledable and upbeat. Unfortunately he wound up being overconfident, promised outcomes that did not materialize and was, in the end a poor choice for an oncologist. His office staff was unresponsive and rude.

I highly recommend this doctors office in comparison to the many other specialists and doctors offices I have attended in my 38 years. I have been going to see Dr. Maresca for over ten years. I have been going to see all deifferent kinds of specialists for my blood clot disorder for over 25 years and he is the only doctor who has been able to diegnose me with great detail. I have seen specialists all the way from New York City to Albany and his office is timely and a pleasant experience from the front desk, nurses and all of the doctors there.

Went into my mothers room at Vassar and literally smirked and cocked his head as he said “you’re dying”. What a dispicible human being. AVOID. Took part in placing my mother on a high rate dialdudid drip against her wishes as well as the wishes of her HCP and next of kin.

It's all about the money with this office. Billing me 4 years later, after they already received the insurance payment. It was their error! Won't adjust the bill out of a courtesy. Have to pay $400, or go to collections. Took 3 months to even speak with a staff member! The doctor never figured out what was wrong either!!!!! Find a office and doctor that cares about their patients. Not this one
