Dr.Young is my current physician, I do not have any problems with him, but his staff is very poor. I have been told twice BY 2 SEPERATE NURSES" that if I did not like their service I should find another DOCTOR" . as recently as today 10-5-22 by his new nurse. His staff has a hard time returning phone calls and notifying patients of test results

I can't tell you exactly all the great things about Dr. Young. This review will not do it in terms of how he is professionally, and just as a person in general. I feel there are not enough doctors in the world that are like this man. He is so compassionate, caring, genuine, and determined as he is. He is so reassuring, works hard at giving you answers, and genuinely cares. He doesn't rush during appointments, takes his time and gives you everything you need, he will take your needs to consideration and he will take time out of his busy day to call you if you need him to. He is great at what he does and I will not see another doctor again as long as he's in the office. Such a wonderful person!

Dr. Young seems to be a very good doctor, but after having to leave a message and wait two days just to be called back about making an appointment, I am looking for another doctor.

Since Dec. 23rd, I have called Dr. Young's office for an appointment and contrary to my previous post, I am happy to report Dr. Young's staff got me in the next day for one appointment and the other one, she was more than willing to help and work with me. I have seen a significant improvement with the staff and greatly appreciate how I was treated. And Dr. Young continues to be great as always. At my appointment, the young lady at the desk went out of her way to help me with my insurance.

A great doctor but try getting ahold of him through his staff who are rude and won't relay messages or return calls.
