Seemed interested and caring at first visit. Told me to go to hospital ( Poughkeepsie) and he would address my case with a team of Dr.s. When I was at hospital he came in two days later and told me I could go home. I was in disbelief. It was the most unexplainable treatment and care I ever encountered with a seemingly caring physician. It was horrible, costly, and waste of time with this painful condition of CRPS.

Recently discharged without notice after more than 5 years of treatment without notice. No change in insurance provider or condition. Was not given a reason for discharge. Medication prescriptions left in limbo while I find another Neurologist. Have not been provided with my medical records as of yet. Have contacted NYS Department of Health, who have opened an investigation into the situation. Office personal have provided no help or explanation. They will not return phone calls or email. Scratching my head.

This facility is immaculate. Everyone was so kind and professional. My doctor, I'm a first time patient, was the best. I will definitely alwa use this practice and will highly reccomend. I can't say enough good things.

I have no idea who Kucherov Misha MD is, never having laid eyes on him in the 3 visits I made to Premier. However the nurse practitioner who examined me, diagnosed me, and treated me was excellent.
