Rude, long wait. Barely checked me! Blamed my weight! I just lost 50 pounds. My weight not the reason here! Useless. PA MUCH BETTER.

Very unprofessional. After waiting 2 months for my appointment, their policy changed one week before my scheduled visit. Dr. Renaldo's office would not honor my booked appointment due to their policy change. This is extremely upsetting. I am in chronic pain and wasting time due to this unprofessional office has been most frustrating.

After waiting 2 months for an appointment and over an hour and a half waiting for him he told me to get acupuncture or a spinal stimulator. I am post spinal fusion with some of the screws loose in my back. I can't stand or walk for more then a minute at a time. Total waste of time with this guy. Oh and he told me to lose weight besides!

I Don't have days to write what I've been and going through these past years..My back surgery was 2 years and well on my way to 5 months more ago..all the Ivy therapy, home therapy, and years at Planet Fitness..2-3 hours several times per week with a trainer I'm No further ahead than in the 1st 3 months..Everyday is the same, walker & or electric wheel chair..very little pain when I'm sitting or laying, but Definitely not laying on my back..As soon as I stand or to take a step, I live with 7-10 pain ..Epidorials don't help narcotic help to keep me at a 6-7 level..Do to the fact my surgery & doctor bill Co-Pays are Far out of my reach..now that I'm on a payment plan ..You refuse to see me.? Only in America..can a Dr. perform a surgery for hundreds of thousands of dollars get paid without resonable success..and then refuse to see the patient..I would like a simple explanation why this happened..You did say you've never preformed surgery this extensive..I did have faith, but failed

Most low-key patient shaming experience of my life. This doctor is only interested in treating skinny patients, others get body shamed and dismissed, rudely. Entire practice has fallen apart over past 2 years. Staff is also negligent and very unhelpful. You simply cannot get ahold of them and calls, emails, texts and website requests will be completely ignored. Had to go to walk in clinic to get a response. They also drop patients who complain.

I found Doctor Renaldo to be considerate, informative, and took his time answering all my questions. His office help was very pleasant, and helpful, wait time was less than 15 minutes. I woul highly reccommend him to all my family and friends.

I went to Dr Renaldo as I was up in the air about having surgery. I had tried everything for my back and neck and pain pills was not the option I was willing to live with. He took time describing all of my options. I had herniated discs in both neck and back. He performed my back surgery, first and a year later my neck surgery. I have never felt so good and am very grateful. I am shocked to read some of these reviews as it doesn't sound like Dr. Renaldo at all. He has always professional and compassionate.

Dr Renaldo is beyond fantastic. He explained everything so that I could understand every aspect of my condition and how to eleviate my pain. For 12 years no surgeon would attempt any procedure on my cervical spine. Just gave drugs. Dr Renaldo took on my case and I am now recovering with great expectations. The last thing a good doctor wants to do is put a patient through an unecessary procedure. But when Dr Renaldo was presented my case by Steve Lebitsch, who is the best pain management PA I've ever met. Dr Renaldo put my mind at ease. Dr Renaldo and the entire surgical Team at Northern Dutchess Hospital are phanominal. The entire staff at Northern Dutchess Hospital is spectacular. I don't believe I have ever been treated so kind. I am blessed to have had Dr Renaldo and his team care for my well being. I have such respect and appreciation for Dr Renaldo his team Steve Lebitsch and all the great people who have taken such care of me. Thank you all.

Waited an hour and 45 minutes for a 5 minute appt. apparently the last two doctors were wrong reading the mri and there’s nothing wrong. Only chronic pain, burning, and limited activity. Not too happy right now, I was ready to cry between the frustration of the wait and no answers. Not to mention I also have scoliosis and have turned down surgery from over 3 doctors but this guy says I don’t need surgery? Very questionable, must’ve been lunchtime with the way they rushed after leaving me wait for almost 2 hours. I do NOT recommend.

Told me that doctors "over-reported" my spine injuries on the MRIs without even looking at the films or the disc himself. Not to mention I had 4 MRIs done at 3 different places so this "Doctor" is trying to say that all 3 MRI places over-reported the injury. Terrible bedside manner, no compassion, has no idea what chronic pain is except what he read in books. Said he wouldn't do surgery meanwhile my neurosurgeon recommended a spinal fusion, one of the top neurosurgeons in NYC at Mount Sinai. Go to a real doctor, for your own sake.
