Nunziata Raschella Md's Online Review Report Card

She's been my family doctor for 25 years. I have never had an issue with her. She is extremely caring and attentive and is always looking at "what could happen" and ordering tests appropriately to rule out bad outcomes. She is also involved with the New York medical research board and takes into account potential side effects for new medicines. She always defaults to the tried and true medicines when writing prescriptions. She is clearly not in the pockets of pharmaceutical companies. I would not even consider changing physicians even though I live an hour away.

This was my initial visit with Dr. Raschella after my former physician of over twenty years retired. During my thirty minute visit, she addressed each health issue, answered my questions, suggested testing I had not yet had and developed a maintenance health plan. Even though no one will ever replace Dr. Yuk-Wah Chan, I feel that I can place my trust in this knowledgeable physician's care.

The WORST "family" "doctor" we ever went to . My husband had extremely low vitamin D and she did not even know enough to give him a prescription for it. Levels of D will Never come up without this. She "heard "a heart murmur in my husband's exam,he went through a battery of tests with a heart specialist only to be told his heart was as strong as a 20 yr. olds !! (he was 55 at the time) Lot's of co-pays ,stress,time and needless trips to Dr.s ! She had me cancel my up-coming appointment to take him and then charged me for a no show !! Repeatedly billing me in-correctly and no matter how many times I spoke with her office billing to correct it,even sent it to a collection agency when all along I never owed her even a co-pay. New Dr. has been wonderful and has gotten my husband the tests and scripts he needed to get healthy. She is a Horrible "Dr." , obviously she does not even keep up with current medical training,DO NOT GO TO HER,WASTE OF TIME & CO-PAY 0 star if I could post without

Dr. Raschella is an excellent doctor. She genuinely cares about her patients. She is not a pill pusher and she has a wealth of knowledge. She has been my doctor for 9 years and I have no intention of going to another doctor anytime soon.

Dr. Raschella is a very caring attentive doctor, spending quality time with her patients and never rushing through the visit. In this day and age where doctors are forced to see hundreds of people per day, Dr. Raschella takes her time with you and makes you feel like you are the only patient that matters.

Dr. Raschella is very good at what she does. She takes the time to address all of your concerns, getting an appointment when you are sick is easy and she has great bedside manner. She knows what she is talking about and she genuinely cares about her patients. She is one of the best doctors I've ever been to.

I have been a patient of Dr. Raschella's for about 9 years now. I was referred to her after "primary care shopping" and she was the winner. Never a problem getting an emergency appointment or a check up appointment. Very prompt. The staff is wonderful! Diagnosis is checked stem to stern. Every "I" is dotted and every "T" is crossed. I haven't experienced her in the hospital (hope I never have to actually). Spends adequate time w/ me. Listens to me. Gives her honest, caring and sincere opinion! I have received calls from her in the past later in the day to make sure I am OK if my visit was not a good illness one. HIGHLY recommend!!!!!
