List of Steven Ritter Md's Reviews
I have a family member at the Northeast Center for Rehabilitation and Brain Injury. Talk about a Physician with ZERO bedside manner’s. The way he speaks to his assigned patients or not if he chooses is terrible. Not a positive person, in & out like the wind. Never has time for them. Like I said I. & out like the wind. Cannot wait to get my family member out of his “care” and this facility.
I must have spoken to every person in his office to get my appointment set up (took a month) and my health history into the system. I confirmed my appointment via the text messages I received. I was contacted morning of the appointment for additional health information and was told he often runs late on his tele-med appointments and to hold on for about 40 minutes. OK. I waited 50 minutes on the zoom link the office provided and he never showed up. When I called the office I was told he tried to access call (which he did not) and that at this time he left the office and I never did have the opportunity to speak to him.
He may be a great doctor, and maybe his continuous canceling and rescheduling appointments is due to the pandemic, but it is annoying. On two occasions I was ready, holding my phone in my hand for 35 to 45 min. He was a no show. Patients have lives. This is inacceptable. This week I just needed a phone call to report on a test I had. No, they made me schedule a telehealth visit. After waiting a week for that appointment....guess what. Got a call to reschedule. Not great. Too many times. It's actually disrespectful to the patient. Make your own decision.
Frequently cancels at last minute . Rescheduled and this happened twice more.
Dr Ritter no-showed for my appointment.
Awesome doctor. A true example of what a great doctor is.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
