Don’t work here they don’t care about employees or patients and they mess up schedules and don’t pay you and force you to stay in bedbugs
This place is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. There is an aid employed there named DIONNE HARVEY that came from leaving another care company with problems to Unlimited. She started working for my mother in law 2 months ago and since then has gotten extremely comfortable. She comes to work everyday and locks herself in the room with her client and climbs into the bed and SLEEPS with her for hours. She will go outside and smoke cigarettes multiple times an hour and then get back in the bed with her client even though she knows her client has asthma and breathing problems and can't be around the smell of smoke. She does the bare minimum, cleans a few dishes, vacuums ONE carpet of the house, has NEVER touched the bathroom even though there is cleaning products sitting right in the closet for her. She will leave to get her husband from work before her shift ends without clocking out and then call out MULTIPLE times a week, only to my mother, not Unlimited, so therefore she's collecting money she isn't working for. She will text her clients family from her clients phone talking s**t TO THE FAMILY. When I called Unlimited and filed all of these complaints to them they told us they we're putting this aid under IMMEDIATE investigation and she had to leave the work site. After only a few hours of "investigating" they allowed this same bum aid back into my mother's house!!! That's what you allow Unlimited?? You pay aids to sleep with their clients and not clean and not come to work or leave early to pick their family up on your dime??? Because then I need a job... This is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and I will be reporting you to the better business bureau. Maybe you should investigate where this woman is working and see the filth that your paying for.
There is no supervision at all. It's a free for all. Coordinators don't return calls nor follow through. I was 7 weeks without an aide as mine was away. Unlimited made no effort to find coverage and didn't communicate with me. Very concerning!!!!! I definitely do NOT recommend Unlimited!!!!
We have been using Unlimited for several months now. Every single aide they have sent has been very good and reliable with the exception of the youngest one who failed to show up one day and which the agency discontinued sending. The real problem that day is the agency failed to 1. let us know she wasn't coming and 2. provide a replacement which skewed up my plans for the day. Other then that the agency has been responsive, able to provide aides on short notice and been easy to deal with. Over all the aides that have been here have been engaged with my Mother, responsible for her wellbeing and often go beyond what I would expect them to do regarding household responsibilities. There has been no problems with trust for my Mother or concern for her belongings. In general they are lovely to have in your home and my Mother has enjoyed their company.
Don't listen to doze subclass. Unlimited care Izmir day shirt.
My mother has had several aids ones whom have stolen over $300 from her someone whom has forged her signature for 6 months straight and did not even get fired once we reported it. They tried to put her back on my mothers case!
Unlimited home healthcare is so unreliable . The aides never show up for my mothers care . They say they are going to come and never do . We applied there to get help for mother because we work . We are having to bath and feed mother before going to work . This agency hires the worst type of people . This is so sad . They don’t realize that they will need help one day when they get old , or even sick . Just Horrible !!!!!!!
Just awful !! Do not let them work with your friends or family. They hire crooks. A friend had two different aides. The first one would take a break for 2 - 3 hours and then come back to have the patient sign the paper that he was there. Other times he would not come at all and then come to have the patient sign the time sheet anyway. The second aide should be totally ashamed of herself !! Patient gave her his food stamp card to buy groceries for him. She used all of his food stamps herself and then brought him back food from a food pantry ! Who does this to poor and disabled people ?!! Totally unacceptable ! Please beware !
Unfortunately the agency has not promised the service they say they provide. I have met very unprofessional LPN's who feel that it's the clients have to rearrange their schedule to accommodate their needs. Many times when I reached out the the manager, the client feel like they are being punished if they report or make a complaint about the problems that are occurring in the home.It makes me wonder what are the criteria to be hired by the agency. They are the only one that provide pediatric care locally, which makes it difficult to find other nursing agencies. Never have there been an investigation to the problems to create a better relationship with the nurses and their families. On numerous occasions I have asked LPN to be removed because of frequent calling out and unprofessional behavior, only to find out they were placed on another case. The next family has to deal with the same problems that my family was enduring. There is no training or follow up to the behavior of the LPN.A frustrated and overwhelm parent

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
