Dr. K is one of the best doctors in this group. She is very professional and she truly cares about her patients. She is great with follow up and I always get a call from the office with my results. I love my doctor!

Worst provider !! Stay away !! No time to take a history refused to understand the condition she was trying to treat !!

I had a great experience with my visit. Dr K is amazing. She's very compassionate and adds a human touch to all that she does with her work. During a time when healthcare is becoming more business-like, I'm glad that I found a physician who cares so much about patients as people and not just another face. Dr K has a friendly manner and took an interest in my health. Thanks to her I have quit smoking and started a regular exercise program. Also, she keeps me updated on any new results and is always respectful and courteous whenever I visit the clinic. The clinic staff are good too but as with any busy practice, there's some wait time involved. I was pleased with my experience.

Dr. K is not that bad. Her assistant Lisa, however, is difficult to deal with. She's rude on the phone, if you can even get her to return your call.

I initially looked at Mid Hudson Medical Group because they have several locations in my area, including Poughkeepsie, Hopewell Junction and Fishkill. After injuring a rib, I found their Fishkill office accepted patients on Saturday. So I went there to have them check out my rib.I was impressed with the clean facility and what appeared to be a very low patient load. If fact, it was so casual, the doctor on staff (Dr. Yazholi Kanikkannan, also known as Dr. K) took a personal call during my exam.It was great to be able to go downstairs for an x-ray, when it was decided that I needed one, and the technician was helpful and professional. But any professionalism, ended there. It's been 3 weeks since my appointment and I have yet to receive my x-ray results. I've called Dr. K's office on three occasions and I submitted a complaint to the Mid Hudson Medical Group's main office -- noting that I still had no results. STILL, no results and worse yet, NO CALLS!Needless to say, I canceled my scheduled annual exam with another physician at this medical group. It appears that the Mid Hudson Medical Group does little if anything to track patient care within their group. Therefore, it would be foolish for me to waste my time experimenting with yet another of their physicians.
