Poorly run office. Provided my insurance information prior to the appointment. Walk in, told I have a $XX copay. Pay said copay. Then receive a bill requesting an additional $200 for the visit. Billing department was rude and had no response other than “ok”. A prescription was supposed to be called into the pharmacy. It’s been a month and the pharmacy has no record of the prescription ever being called in. I never got the medication. Yet they want me to pay an additional $200. I certainly will never return to premier nor will I ever recommend this office. Only reason I’m leaving a review is because NOBODY is willing to help unless you’re ready to schedule an appointment or Pay the bill. Don’t bother asking them questions, they don’t know the answer.

I visited this doctor with severe chronic IBS. She is very cold and has no bedside manner. When I mentioned that I was having a lot of anxiety because my father was dying she said that everyone has stress and that I just need to deal with it. She also wanted to treat my IBS with more tests and medications over a wholistic approach of looking at mental health, diet, exercise, etc. I've been seeing gastroenterologists for this issue for 30 years and she was the worst doctor I have seen.

Caring, pleasant and seems to be very level headed about your care. So far nothing major for me, like her very much, but she does not follow up. Her office staff is awful - never call back, pulling teeth to get any response. I was frustrated with the whole thing.

shes a good dr the ofc never ans the phone ever & if you call leave a mess they call back the next day not good for pts that really need to get in..im giving a 3 star just because the call back issues

I called to make an appointment as a new patient recording said someone would return my call within 24 hours! Seriously? 24 hours? Not off to a good start here. Sounds like they may be short-staffed.

Love Dr. Nikolla! Thorough, caring, down-to-earth, punctual, and smart. Even the office seems great, never any troubles.

I don't know the full range of her skills, because I've had only a colonoscopy done; however, she identified and removed two polyps during the process. During office visits, she is an excellent, compassionate listener and seems to be a source of sound advice. I would consider her for treating any future gastroenterological issues.

I called twice and emailed, left voice mail messages for Lisa, the scheduler (I assume). Never received a callback. 0 stars for not being able to get an appointment.

I was so nervous about having to have my procedure done.. Dr. Nikolla assured me from the very beginning that it would be ok.. her bedside manner is second to none.. I would recommend her to anyone!!! so caring! it almost makes me wish I could go for a colonoscopy more often ALMOST.. HAHA
