This is one of the best experiences I’ve had at any doctors office, including the staff. These people are genuinely nice, knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend to anyone who needs this type of doctor. Thank you very much for a positive experience.

There is not a time where you do wait in this office at least 40 minutes. The doctor is nice but the wait times are absurd.

Waited a month for an appointment to see Dr.Zurada. Arrived early to fill out paperwork so that I could be seen on time. After waiting in the reception area for 25 minutes past my appointment, I then had to wait 40 minutes to see the doctor in the room. When I went to ask the front desk staff when the doctor would see me, there was no one at the front desk. I could see and hear the doctor and the staff talking about shoes. The doctor then passed me, and the staff told me “she has patients and will see me soon” at this point it was an hour after my appointment time. I still had not seen Dr.Zurada. I waited another ten minutes and the front desk staff informed me that she would be with the patient before me for quite a while. I ended up leaving and not seeing the doctor due to waiting over an hour and having to be at work. I would give this place 0 stars and would not suggest it to anyone. This type of service from the staff and doctor is extremely bad, I’ve never experienced this before

Dr. Joanna Zurada, has a poorly run office, who have long waiting times. She cancels her appointments, much too often and usually last minute. I understand the COVID-19 Pandemic has caused issues with everyone in the medical profession, but not keeping the patients informed is ridiculous.

Dr. Joanna M. Zurada is one of the most caring, compassionate and knowledgeable people/doctors/dermatologists I have ever had the pleasure of knowing and being cared for by, period! The Schweiger Dermatology Group is very lucky to have her as part of your staff!
