Best thing to do to have a quick response is to email the office for an appointment, that’s what I always do, easy peasy.

I hope Dr Amr read this comment and know that we are suffering from his office staff, they never picked up the phone or get back to us however we left a hundreds of voice messages to get an answer for serious inquiries with no success My mom’s ( she’s the patient ) prescriptions are always late or sometimes mistakenly sent to the previous pharmacy that she changed already due to her moving out . and even her new pharmacy tried to call you with no success as well. When we tried to have a walk in appointment they said we can’t do that the schedule is full you need to make an appointment on the phone!!!!!! So please respond to our calls so we can book an appointment We love Dr. Amr but unfortunately his staff are pushing us to leave the office.

This doctor should never be allowed to practice : he is no professional at all . - -When you call the office they never pickup the phone saying they call you back but never happens - in the office they make you wait for hours as they are selective privileging their friends- Dr Nayel the worse I have never met, very rude , disrespectful, arrogant , laughing at you when you talk even if you are very vulnerable . Please he is a real danger for medicine practice .

This is absolutely not a human doctor. He has no sense of humor! He is soooooo rude and arrogant. He’s not caring and after money!! He won’t care for your health and gets offended if you think about doing anything without taking “his permission” stay as far away from him. ????? ?????? ?? ??? ?????

I have been going to Nayel since 2005 and he has been the best primary care doctor in queens. All the negative reviews are untrue and biased! Dr. Nayel had been taking care of my family and I would recommend anyone to check it out.

Please someone report Dr. Nayel and his staff to a Department of health his behavior with his pastion is very bad he yells and scream at the illness people and always have excuses to busy how does behaving and treating people bad to do with this Doctor are supposed be well with people with respect and professional but you always treat people bad This is American let people voice heare by reporting this Dr.To Department of Health
