I was able to get 2 appointments for my 13 years & 15 years old and see Dr Annette Beharry, the same week. Dr. Beharry is soft spoken, very respectful asked my girls lots of questions concerning their health. She spent more time with them than their previous Doctors. She even called us at home later that day to make sure we got the referrals needed and if we managed to schedule appointments with the specialist as she suggested. Dr. Annette Beharry is compassionate with kids and she goes above and beyond for the satisfaction of her patients. Communication through the health portal app is fast and flawless, sending and receiving messages, gets you answers the same day if it’s not whiting the hour.

I’m very disappointed when I visited this doctor. My daughter had a severe diaper rash and some fine looking rash that was spreading across her chest, back and face. Her face was much more worse than the other areas. I was a visitor to the country and I didn’t have any insurance so I paid $195 for the visit. She came and just looked at the diaper rash and well just said it’s a fungal rash and prescribed medication for it. I showed her the other fine rash and I even told her it was spreading and she just pulled the top of her onesie very slightly and said it’s a heat rash and that it would go away and that was it. My visit to the country came to an end and I noticed that my daughter’s face was getting worse so I took her to her pediatrician where I live as soon as I got back. The doctor took off all her clothes and checked her body thoroughly including inside her ears and throat and this is something she does everytime I go with any complaint and should be something that doctors should practice instead of just watching! The doctor’s diagnosis was that my daughter had atopic eczema. In the end, I wasted all that money for an incorrect diagnosis and unprofessional examination on my daughter.
