I've been trying to reach someone at the office for 2 weeks to get my daughter fitted for a mouth guard. No one calls back. I had to pay $200 for a consultation and I can't even follow up. The person scheduling has a very heavy accent. Every conversation with him is confusing

this is the worst dental office on the planet. they will completely rob you of your money and have no care in the world for their patients. the worst communication i've ever experienced, the doctor never gets back to you. the doctor did my procedure incorrectly and refuses to give me a refund. the receptionists never got back to me with any information after the multiple times i've visited the office that the doctor wasn't there. do not come here!!

No one picks up the phone, ever! No follow up care instructions after extractions and bone graft. Cant even get through to ask a question. Was left in a chair once so long because I was completely forgotten about! Office completely mismanaged! Hygienists are ok. 😑

Total Waiting around 1hour started check in 10 minutes, waiting for dentist call me 50 minutes and only 1 minute saw the dentist. This is the experience I have.

I was apprehensive about returning to the dentist; however, Bell Dental Care employees created an environment that is conducive to comfortability and top-notch professional dental care. The staff member who performed the x-rays has an awesome personality. I am fortunate I selected Dr. Choi as my dentist. Dr. Choi is very competent, knowledgeable, informative, and polite. If you are considering dental work, without any reservations, I strongly recommend Bell Dental Care.

One of the staff Elaine was rude and don't know what they are doing. Multiple appointments with the same answer. Very disappointed. Things are not the same. I will be looking for a new Dentist.
