Boulevard Alp Assisted Living Community's Online Review Report Card

After exploring a few assisted living facilities, I continued my search and thankfully found Boulevard Alp. My father just moved in yesterday after being in a skilled nursing facility for a month. The transition was smooth, thanks to Ms. Elinor Tassa. Ms. Tassa was extremely helpful through the entire process, and has continuously remained in touch. She is patient, thorough and answers all questions. Also thanks to Ms. Lisa Steinberg who was so helpful and kind when we first went to tour. The facility is impeccably clean, beautiful and well-kept. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. The intake was smooth, and very well-organized. Most importantly, my father is very pleased with his studio apartment and happy that he remains independent while knowing that his specific needs are being addressed. Everything he needs is available at Boulevard Alp, and we are finally relieved to know that he is in terrific hands. I know for a fact that my father will thrive here in ways he never did at home. Our deepest gratitude to Ms. Tassa and Ms. Steinberg for all of their help and everyone else who made this transition not only possible for my father, but as smooth as possible.

Great place warm, friendly , caring and very professional

This facility is overall a wonderful place. If you want a real good basic facility, you'd be hard pressed to find better. Or even as good. I'm living here a year now, and I can truthfully say I am living to the fullest. Interested? Come visit, see, and most importantly, speak to the residents yourself.

I’m so very grateful to have found Boulevard ALP. They are one of the most well-managed Assisted Living facilities I’ve seen. Uplifting environment, spotless, fabulous meals, extra-curricular activities. Very caring on every level! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The facilty has bedbugs and my elderly mother was bitten on her face n body and when the facilty found out about this matter , they didn't move her to another room till two days later and didn't get her medical attention . The director and asst. director did not answer my family's questions when we asked as to why she was not moved immediately when they found out about the bedbugs . They are covering up what they failed to do . The director and asst director there have no compassion or concern for the residents . They definitely don't care about the residents. The aides who work there stated the facilty has bedbugs on all floors . Boulevard Alp is not where you want to put your elderly loved one .

We only moved my dad into Boulevard ALP a few days ago, but so far it's been wonderful. Everybody's gone out of their way to make him feel at home. The public spaces are comfortable and well cared-for, there's quite a busy calendar of things to do, and his studio apartment feels pleasant, if sparsely furnished. He's an observant Jew, and between the kosher food and the on-site shul, this seems like the perfect spot for him. Tomorrow we're moving in some of his own furniture, after which I hope he'll settle in nicely.

I have been live here for over 5years with my wife. Boulevard is my lovely, sweet home. The Boulevard Always committed to provide. high quality of care for me and all of our residents so that we all can enjoy. Blvd Alp offers fully furnished private rooms designed with comfort mine. Our activities department offers a wide range of recreational activities and social programs daily. All the workers from the aides to the kitchen staff and housekeeper made us feel a safe and secure. We all of Boulevard residents are knows how much they have Effort, Ability, Qualification, and Motivation. Especially Lisa Steinberg and Sam Horowitz. If anyone who looking for their loved one's facility, The Boulevard is the place of safer and this facility is so amazing. A very well maintained with excellent staff are very attentive to their resident's care. I am Highly RECOMMEND.

My mom lived at The Alp and was treated with kindness and compassion. Their in-house companion staff was excellent and offered the extra care my mother required. The in-house services (doctor and podiatrist) were life savers. When my mom first arrived at The Alp, it was an incredibly hard transition due to COVID. The added services, quality care and nurses guidance helped make the transition easier. I appreciate the staff who helped my mom daily, especially the dedicated floor aides who I will never forget.

My mother was a resident at The Blvd. It was a wonderful experience. The staff was great. They really care about each and every resident. Thank you for all you do.
