Lovely facility. Does not have a hospital feel to it. Residents were free to move about independently. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The Savoy is a great place to live. They try to make sure you feel at home and comfortable. You feel safe and relaxed here. If anything, they are currently understaffed but insist this will improve.

Everyone at Brandywine is warm, caring, and flexible. They are aware of changing needs and are very patient with my mother. The staff is respectful and understanding to the residents and family members. I highly recommend this facility. It is clean and their is always a choice at meal time.

My mom recently passed away after 11 years living @ Brandywine. She and I loved that she was there! The staff is caring, attentive, connected and understand the role they have. Everyone there was family to her from the top down: Xenia, Asif, Janet, Brittany, all of the nurses, aides (too many to mention), kitchen staff, reception, recreation and all of the other departments. The coordination of care, especially at the end, enabled my mother to die with dignity in her room. I am most thankful for allowing my mother to enjoy the last decade of her life. I would highly recommend Brandywine to anyone looking at any Assisted Living facility.

After months in rehab resulting from a fractured hip, I finally persuaded my suddenly wheelchair-bound elderly aunt that she needed assisted living. But this was at the outset of the pandemic and I, her closest relative, was not physically close. I live in Indonesia. Arranging for a move to an assisted living facility in New York seemed an impossible task… except that the magicians of Brandywine at the Savoy made it possible. Indeed, they made it easy. I shall never be able to express my appreciation adequately to Abby, Andrea, Sheila, Janet, and a host of other members of the community. After all, care is less a matter of venue (although Brandywine is handsome and my aunt’s apartment charming) and activities than it is a matter of people and their willingness to provide pro-active personal attention. I continue to be thankful for the people of Brandywine at the Savoy who kept my aunt, now 98, healthy through the pandemic and remarkably strong to this day.

I am a performer at Brandywine and I work as an independent contractor for the Recreation Department and the staff is wonderful! The residents are always ready for a show and the staff dances with them making the show a hit Everytime. Thank you to Donna and her staff for allowing me to share my gifts and I know their tireless efforts will not go unnoticed.

The brandywine at the savoy is wonderful. Our mom enjoyed the wonderful food and activities, especially the live music concerts.

I have been to Brandywine Living at the Savoy many times over the years to perform singing shows for the residents. I witnessed happy residents and clean cheery atmosphere and decor. Donna, the lifestyle director, is the best in the business. She is always providing excellent and creative quality of life providing activities for the residents. Top of the line experience!
