very experienced professionals and excellent service

A wonderful, caring, life saving facility off of Union Turnpike in Queens. Spotless facility with excellent security. Knowledgeable, concerned doctors and nurses. Excellent equipment, and perfectly equipped to care for children. My grandson has had several life saving surgeries here. I have also brought him here in the middle of the night and he was attended to, with all of his health concerns addressed. We are forever indebted to the doctors and nurses of this facility.

What’s reasons it’s call emergency room if you have to wait hours and hours Came in with my 6 year old for serious ears pain. Waited 4 hours no help at all My son was crying and crying because he couldn’t take the pain. Told the nurse nun she can’t do seriously place like this shouldn’t call emergency room

2 hours and 13 min. Just waiting ti see a Doctor. What tipe the EMERGENCY ROOM it that..... my baby had 103 of fiver no body care about nothing 😡😡😡😡😡

Pediatric dentistry; the actual service is good, however, I've had someone call me twice from the office to move my appointment forward and show up for the new time or my appointment would be cancelled. This happens on the very day of the appointment. It is highly inconsiderate to do this.

My son had a surgery yesterday & they were so good with him. Being that my child has ADHD they were very good with him , they took things slow and explained everything to me . They were patient & so nice.

Honestly, I never write reviews but this lady was very rude. I don't know what I did to her. I was nice and polite. What really got me upset was I asked her to see what time my appointment was. Then she immediately hangs up after telling me... I had to call twice because i had to reschedule, so after the dates got changed she just hangs up.. how unprofessional is that.. can someone please look into this.

After not being able to get through to set an appt, I went to the office to personally speak to the customer reps. Both women were very cordial and did everything they could to help me and my special needs son. They even called another associate clinic and spoke to them on our behalf to help us set an appt through them. Outstanding customer service! Thank you Cohen’s Children’s Med Ped Dentist. Note: They acknowledged that their phone appt system needs to be looked at on account of all the complaints from people not being able ti reach them.

horrible experience. I was there with my wife and my 8 years old son in the emergency room. if is a real emergency please try another different hospital, they don't take care of my son, they make him cry and the most worst part is he is autistic and he cant speak, the ophthalmology on duty discriminate and laugh to my son and they keep for surgery next day, because they say is not a real emergency, and it is a real emergency because he has a pc of metal inside of his cornea, this not an emergency? and they don't do anything on the hospital and they tell me many excuses and send me a different place for the procedure, not next day, they say maybe in one or two days someone will contact with you, this is ridiculous, LIKE Im was said that was a horrible experience we have in our life. I don't wish no one this.
