More interested in being likable and cool than putting his attention on your child. He’s so self absorbed that he has no clue what’s going on and let’s teaching staff do him job. Horrible

Dr. Douglas Friedfled, is great, caring and very humble. When my baby was three months old, I brought him in because he had fever. He recommended that I took him to LIJ, because it was a serious infection. My baby ended up in the hospital for one week. Dr. Friedfeld, stopped by at the hospital twice to see us and to encourage me. My two kids are now 11 and 13. He is the best and we are not going anywhere. The staff here are awesome.

Wonderful doctor and practice. Have been bringing my kids here since they were babies and have been very happy. They are thorough, they follow up, show genuine concern for my kids and the receptionists are always helpful and patient.

The Dr was completely un-interested in my child and the receptionists are the rudest there are! Incredibly un-helpful and seem to always have bad attitudes. I live 5 minutes away Rockaway but am willing to drive 45 minutes to my old pediatrician in my old Brooklyn neighborhood!

NEVER DOES WHAT THE PARENTS ASK OF HIM. IF A PARENT HAS A HEALTH CONCERN DUE TO FAMILY HISTORY AND YOU ASK HIM TO DO TESTS, HE REFUSES AND TELLS YOU TO GO TO SPECIALIST. CANNOT GO TO SPECIALIST WITHOUT THE PROPER BLOODWORK!
