I have seen Dr. Vanagas a few times over the course of 3~4 years. Regardless of the clinic being busy, in the visit he is caring and in the moment. This is a remarkable feat since he usually has 20 more patients to see after me and also has several charts to complete even after he returns home from a long day. I was lucky to have Dr. V as my PCP.

The doctor himself is very dismissive. He does not seem to really take into account what his patients are complaining about. Also, his office staff, particularly his receptionist may need to be re-trained. There have been several instances in which she has put someone "on hold" but you can hear her talking in the background and eventually, she'll mysteriously hang up.
