Dr. Dianalan shows genuine concern for the wellness of her patients. She always try to get to the root cause of my ailment and if the need arises to refer; she will ensure that that person can provide the best care that will address the condition. She is easily reached via messages; and responds promptly. She listens, she hears and responds appropriately. You feel better after the visit. She is a blessing. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a doctor who truly cares.

Worst experience with a doctor. I made an appointment about a problem I had. She barely examined me and lied about writing me a prescription. When I went to the pharmacy to pick up the prescriptions, they said there was only one instead of the two she said she wrote. She also kept rushing me out saying you have 15 minutes, you have 15 minutes. She was so rude and unprofessional. I would give her negative stars if I could. She acted like I was a free patient or something. Evil doctor.

Made an appointment about a problem I had. Dr. Dianalan barely examined me and was extremely rude. She kept rushing me to get out there and kept saying I have 15 minutes, 15 minutes. She wasted my valuable time and didn’t help. I don’t understand because she’s getting paid. It’s not like I am free patient. The insurance pays money. She told she wrote me a prescription for a problem I had but she didn’t. She lied to me and was extremely unprofessional and rude. I changed doctors and would never recommend this woman to anyone. The worst experience I have ever had with a doctor in my life. I would give negative stars if I could.
