If I could give this practice a 0 star, I most definitely would. 1 star is way too generous. This is probably by far one of the worse practices I’ve been to. My husband is a patient here and has been coming here for a few years. Each visit, its the same nonsense. To even get an appointment, you can never get ahold of a receptionist. You have to call multiple times on different occasions to get ahold of somebody. Not to mention the wait times are disgustingly long and you’re not taken seriously by the staff. Appointments take forever to get. My husband was scheduled for an emergency surgery and because of their negligence, his surgery was postponed. Staff is super rude and uneducated as well. This has happened on numerous occasions and the time and effort isnt worth it for this facility. Not to mention theres never a doctor on site. Save your health, energy, and breath, look for another doctor that has respectable staff members that know how to treat you. And a doctor that actually cares for your health and concerns to be quite frank.

There services no good in there you have wait 3hrs almost see doctor receptionist is very unorganized and has attitude deal with they need hiring more staff !

While the doctor at this location is not as bad, but very busy. Her staff is a joke and rude. They rush and talk down to their elderly patients. The waiting room is always very packed, not following COVID 19 guidelines. There should be Patient Care and sensitivity training available for this staff. Would never recommend any of my loved ones to this facility.

The doctor is wonderful in this practice but the wait in office is over 2 hours and you can never reach them when you call. I did leave a message after calling all week and received a callback 48 hours later. Sorry but would not recommend!

In the entire NYC they have the longest wait time. Doctor Kamila does not explain anything in details. You wait 2 hours and she see you for 2 minutes. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also she does not care about her patience its all about insurance money for her.

For the many years I have been attending doctors offices Dr Kamilla and her staff are the best , Dassie who go above and beyond to make all the patients visit at check in is the best , they are not only professional and knowledgeable but deliver exceptional customer service , I would recommend this office to all my friends, family and colleagues . True definition of great customer experience

I’ve been seeing this doctor for many years and will continue to despite the negative reviews. Every medical office I go to there’s a wait time ,but I will wait just to see Dr Kamilla because of her professionalism . She takes her time to understand and resolve my issues . She makes sure a follow up apt is scheduled before leaving the office to assure that nothing is missed. The staff is exceptional and makes you feel very welcome.

horrible experience i will never be back here. the nurses don’t know how to talk to patients. this isn’t just one patient they lost but at least 4-5 because all my friends and family have switched over to a doctor that actually cares about there patients, and who’s receptionist/nurses are respectful, and responsible!! don’t come here!

absolutely awful environment. i REALLY wish i could give her 0 stars because that’s all she and her “crew” deserves. the nurses there show a ridiculous amount of attitude, and they don’t know how to show manners to there patients. they torture you and have you wait for a laughable amount of time. even if you have an appointment for a set amount of time, the doctor herself will still see you after a whole 2-1/2 hours later! and the doctor herself only sees you for about 2-5 minutes. and there’s ONLY ONE doctor available! 😂, i have been going here for years and it’s always been nothing but so much attitude the doctors nurse “dasi” or whatever her real name is. she needs to know how to talk to patients, and stop treating people like they are nothing. your getting paid because of these same patients that are coming to you and your going to do this to them?! i will never come back here again. EVER in my life. i wouldn’t recommend you to either. i actually recommend so many of my friends here, and even they had an awful experience so i speak for myself and for so many others PLEASE do yourself a favor and don’t bother coming here. it’s not worth it.

Doctora was so good, humble, didn’t look at her watch during an entire visit. And she speaks in Spanish.
