My came in on the 6th at 9:10 pm it took almost two hours to come in ,then my husband had to wait almost two hours to be seen ,and that continued till Sunday morning we are still waiting for fluid to be drawn from his knee, this terrible I have seen anything in my whole life like I could cry seeing my husband in pain ,they
Who would ever think you can find a 5 star burger bar at a hospital! Well done. 👊👊👊👊👊
I came in for stomach pain. I was there for 9 days. I had a lovely room for a week and then got moved to a shared room for two other days. They put me in a room with a Lady who was coughing a lot. Ugh. The staff were super nice. Doctors were always attentive and helpful. They actually come to you when you ring the bell. The housekeepers clean everyday. It did take a while for them to schedule tests like MRI and Endoscopy. The food they served me was well seasoned ! It was not typical hospital food. It has flavor. In the end, they solved my stomach pain and I happily went home.
I had the worst experience at this hospital. I've been having pains in my chest due to my gallbladder and because my kid is so demanding I have not been able to take care of it. I finally forced myself to go to the er and being in months of pain, and Dr. Tan in the er had the nerve to harass me and ask me multiple times what I expected by coming to the er this day. I never felt more humiliated and upset in my entire life. It felt like I was the target of some kind of prank. If you find yourself in the er and Dr.Tan walks in, please ask.for another doctor who will take you seriously and actually do their JOB. extremely unpleasant experience and I hope the Healthcare system changes or that so.e doctors have to pass an empathy test. I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy.
The absolute worst hospital ever. My Dad came in an ambulance and after having a seizure and severe gout was rushed to the ER. He had the best EMT Jose and the RN’s in the ED were great. Now first and foremost you rarely will ever see a doctor. You would be lucky!! Tons over nurses and PA’s in which some are spectacular yet some are totally overworked. Lots of phone activity and chatting whilst patients are in extreme need of attention. PLEASE TAKE NOTES OF ALL PROCEDURES TESTS, names etc. it gets worse. My dad was moved around 3 times and he was admitted immediately but was brought to a holding area in which no one in their right could find. It was 1230pm and the last time he saw a nurse was at 8. When I came back to the hospital I dealt with the rudest nurse on earth. Her name was Choi (sp?) The absolutely rudest nurse I have encountered. She asked me why do I want a dr when there are physician assistants yet no pa’s were around. Now there is a nurse by the name of Daniella. She is absolutely great but while her colleagues are sittings around and literally chilling she is manning the entire area. The PA Derrick was good but he asked Dr Mairaj Din the attendant never came and then they literally just kept blowing us off. I have more to say. But I will handle with the hospital. Just don’t go!!
Short Stay ED #2 Sept 12-2023 I came in to the Emergency Department and was immediately greeted and paper work was started. When I saw the first nurse, to a student doctor to the attending physician they were all a delight to deal with. Although the entire staff did there absolute best it was so crowded it was difficult to even walk around the hallways of the ED! I would like to thank the entire staff of the ED for make my stay with them not a horrible experience. THANK YOU ONE AND ALL!!! Third shift I've been here for and the I am still amazed how pleasant and helpful everyone is and continues to be. Anything from medical questions to prescription questions usually gets tts an answer within a few minutes to half hour at tops and my questions are answered or I get a time frame when the will have an answer for me!!! Everyone of the staff are still smiling and treating all the patients with respect and courtesy.. I'm not shore if I herd 2 negative complaints from patients or the relatives who were visiting! I've been here over 12 hours not in a room but in the hallways where you couldn't move through the hall because the were just so many patients here today on September 13-2023! Nobody yelling or screaming just great staff of professional ED Personal doing the great job they were trained to and do it so well! I even mentioned to my nurse that the floor in the bathroom was wet and within 5 minutes somebody sweep and mop and cleaned the bathroom!!
Emergency room service’s is very bad.
Worst hospital. Allowed a male concierge on day shift in the Emergency room practice predatory behavior towards visitors.I was singled out and harassed, and forcibly held back from seeing a sick family member. Nothing was done about his behavior by the staff. He continued to harass a family member who was waiting for me in the waiting area
Renowned hospital
Not a good hospital at all waiting for 3:30 hours Dr did not show up Going to Mount Sinai Hospital now Need to be learn the meaning of Emergency

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
