I love the doctors and staff are typically friendly. All my children were seen here. I had been considering leaving for about a year. The service has really diminished. The practice has gotten too busy to keep up with demand. The PA’s and residents rotate. I’m not sure who I will see anymore. Long wait times, over an hour and half sometimes, started feeling like a community clinic versus a family practice. My children were sick this week and 2X couldn’t get an appointment. That’s was it for me, I am really sad to make a switch.

I really love this doctor. He takes such wonderful care of my 3 month old son. He doesn't make me feel bad with my numerous concerns. He truly cares about the wellbeing of my son.

My teenaged son saw Dr Lashley at 9am at the Rockaway location, which is so convenient! Dr Lashley is so cheerful and pleasant, starting the morning with a big exuberant hello for everybody! He called me personally to make sure we had an affordable option for a prescription he wrote. Really goes the extra mile and, it’s obvious that his care and concern for patients runs deep. The office staff is pleasant, smart and competent. We are happy we chose Dr Lashley!

Dr. Lashley is very knowledgeable and competent as a pediatrician. He’s been practicing for many years. My children have been his patients for eighteen years. He has given them excellent care. I trust Dr. Lashley and highly recommend him.

Both of my children have been seeing Dr Lashley from toddlers to age 18. I always received very good service. Few negative experiences: while waiting in a patient room for the doctor, my toddler daughter was bored & tried to measure her own height. In doing so, she accidentally broke the plastic handle that you raise to do the measuring. I did not ignore the matter nor did I lie. Dr. Lashley was not understanding of a bored & curious child waiting for her exam & charged me for the broken handle.

I always let friends know the quality care my boys receive. I hear a lot of complaints about other practices. Having a close and knowledgeable relationship with your childâ??s doctor makes parenting choices and decisions much easier. Thank you Valley Stream Pediatrics for all your services!

As a mom, there are so many things we have to worry about with our kids in a given day. When one of them gets sick, there is something to be said for having an attentive pediatric office staff and fabulous pediatricians. It makes nursing our kids back to health a lot easier knowing that Valley Stream Pediatrics is there whenever we need you!

Dr Lashley is a great Dr. He is very personable, cares about his patients and is always knowledgeable on up-to-date medical information. I am always referring him and the office to friends that are new parents as I have been so happy with the care we receive.
