Maya Rayzman's Online Review Report Card

By far the worst Dr . Sent my meds to wrong pharmacy. Totally ablivious to my medical needs barely speaks English

If you’re looking for a doctor that takes their time to really listen to your concerns, Dr. Rayzman is not the one for you. I’ve seen her several times, she’s always in a hurry and lacks empathy.

I highly recommend doctor Maya Rayzman. I especially loved how she took her time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease. From her excellent treatment, curiosity, investigative mind and ability to connect, you know where you stand immediately and what next steps look like

She really neglected my dad when he finally needed her to sign for in home hospice she refused because he had nor been in to see her for that years physical. Prior to that she saw no need to treat his swollen feet and was surprised when that issue was successful treated by the kidney doctor in the same building.

Be ware be ware, no replies, no follow up, no call back on all voice mails, we were late to submit my mother’s papers to USCIS and they denied her application for that. The worst doctor I have ever seen and my wife is a doctor.

I was seen by Rayzman on August 18th. She informed me that she would send my medication to my pharmacy. Luckily upon getting to the pharmacy to pick up my medication, I've realized that she has prescribed a wrong medication. After spending 95 minutes on the phone with their call center, she managed to prescribe the correct medication to the wrong pharmacy, and than re-prescribe the correct medication to my pharmacy. Her lack of attention and mistake could have placed me in the emergency room or even worse. That's not acceptable from a doctor.

Dr. Rayzman was my dad's assigned PCP but she treated him abominably. He had a stroke and had been in the hospital several times. Because of his insurance, he required referrals which Dr. Rayzman and team were reluctant to provide at every turn. They made the entire process more stressful than necessary, which is the complete opposite of what a recovering stroke patient should have to go through. Then she abandoned him. Truly disappointed in the level of service & simply humanity by a physician

Due to insurance he required multiple referrals which Dr. Rayzman and team were reluctant to provide. They did all they could to make the process more challenging which took a toll on my dad. Then she arbitrarily decided to no longer be his doctor causing him to not be able to get the referrals and thus medical help he needed. Have never been more disappointed in a physician who pledges the Hippocratic oath. She's just a hypocrite.

Dr. Rayzman’s commitment to her patient’s health has no bounds. Her wide range of experience enables her to treat all of her patient’s illness with expertise and dedication. She would receive my medical report translate the important parts to me when asked. I have never been disappointed with her medical treatment or advice. I respect her for the care she had given to me and wish the physicians at ACP followed her example of respect, commitment, and compassion to their patients like her.
