MIchele Germain's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Germain almost ruined my life. She was my GYN for over 5 years, performing yearly pap smear and pelvic exams. I was having very painful and heavy periods and was concerned. One day, I decided to see a Nurse Practitioner (instead of waiting on her for over 3 hours with an appointment) This woman examined me once and realizes with her hands that I have a huge fibroid growing in my uterus. A fibroid so large, it was pressing against my bowel! Dr. Daniella sent me for intra-vaginal Sono and her thoughts were true, there was a fibroid the size of a grapefruit lodged in my uterus. Long story short, laparoscopic surgery, by another doctor in 2018 & life has never been better. I regret having another woman of color see after my most prized organ.

Dr. Germain is by far the best doctor I have ever cross paths with. Her level of care, professionalism, attentiveness and responsiveness is matched by few other physicians. Most people treat you like another item on a list to be dealt with but Dr. Germain treats her patients like human beings who matter!! I WISH she was a primary care physician.

Dr. Germain is very professional and knowledgeable. She has good bed side manners and was genuinely concerned me. The only downfall is the waiting time for Dr. Germain. Before getting this appointment, I waited 3 other times in the office and had to leave because the wait time was almost 2-2.5 hours. This time I waited no more than 30 minutes. I have read prior reviews and have not experienced any of the other concerns besides the waiting time. To my understanding it was due to a lack of female GYN doctors which is what I wanted as opposed to going to a male doctor. I will certainly keep what I have read in the back of my mind but form my own opinions and judgments as I continue to see Dr. Germain. The facility has great parking in that crowded area, is very clean and the staff is friendly. I would've given 5 stars but it's due to the extensive length of time, and no reflection on Dr. Germain.

Dr. Germain is amazing. Ive been seeing her for over 10 years, she is professional and caring and knowledgable.

very very poor doctor with more poor medical concept.. she is too early to start OB&GYN private practice..she is panicked to handle pt as well.. she is confused of ECLAMPSIA VS PRE ECLAMPSIA & PREG INDUCED PRURITIS..my wife was mismanaged due to her LACK OF KNOWLEDGE & PROFESSIONALISM.. The place is great but being a doctor MICHELE GERMAIN need more exposure to practice in such private set up..for the sake of pt care, she need to be more responsible.. 1 STAR for doctor but 5 STAR for the place facilities..

Dr. Germain delivered both my babies via C-section. The first was an emergency and if it hadn't been for her quick response, her expert hands and her caring manner my boy wouldn't be here. She delivered my fourth via scheduled c-section and she dedicated her time, her love and her attention to us. I would never change her and I will only allow Dr. Germain to deliver my children. I highly recommend her. I see a lot of people complaining about the wait time with her, I say it like this, when you are about to deliver your baby wouldn't you want Dr. Germain's FULL attention and not run out to the office to check on patients? She dedicates her time to all the delivering mothers, she doesn't rush and she doesn't get mad no matter how long it takes. My last visit she was there for 2 full days and delivered 3 babies back to back. I would definitely want a Doctor to give me her undivided attention, not to mention she came to see me in the hospital 2 times. The BEST!!!!!

Dr. Germain is by far the best Doctor I have ever met. She has great hands and delivered both my boys via c-section, one an emergency and the other was a scheduled. Both times she dedicated her time, her care and expertise. I recommend Dr. Germain highly and I wouldn't let any other Doctor take her place. Victoria Morillo

My daughter went in to get a birth control device out of her arm. Waited hours. The the dr was going to cut it out without numbing the area. Didnt clean it and made THREE cuts in her arm before getting it out. Never again.

if I could give NO stars I would. I had a serious problem with my pregnancy and I went to get a checkup. she made me wait 30 minutes and spoke for 5 minutes then she referred me to get an ultrasound.. which I did and its been 2 weeks she hasn't even called to check up on me. she doesn't care at all about patients
