I started to look through some of these five star reviews and I honestly believe that the people writing them have not stepped into this facility. The majority of the people that are living there have serious mental health issues that no one there is trained to handle. Residents are free to do whatever they want with no restrictions. Some of the things you see them do in plain sight is, smoke weed and drink, not only two feet in front of the entrance building but also sometimes inside the facility as well. This one time, someone broke into my mother’s room which later turned out to be one of the residents. He stole some of my mothers possessions including money. I also found out from an anonymous that works in the facility that this person has done this before countless times. All this being said, I am currently in the process of finding a different place, this time I’m doing a thorough investigation to make sure the new place doesn’t have the same qualities as this one, although I can’t hardly imagine that it gets worse than this.

QACC continues to provide support to all residents in adult home. Clients feel comfortable with staff. They enjoyed receiving services from medication management to recreational programs.

There are many kind and supportive staff at QACC. Klaire, the case manager, has been a lifesaver in so many ways. I’m confident my family member has everything he needs…meals, medicines, laundry, on site healthcare, and more.
