Dr. Rodrigues is the only doctor that I let treat my children. He was the doctor of my brother and now for my children. I refuse to let anyone else in the practice see my children as twice they were wrongly diagnosed by other doctors when Dr. Rodrigues was out on vacation. Dr. Rodrigues caught the mistake and provided the correct treatment. He has also been an advocate and ally when needed. If Dr. Rodrigues leaves the practice, we will also leave. I have been a patient there as a child and now my children for 17 years. Dr. Rodrigues is caring and provides quality, accurate care.

I made an appointment for my son last week to see this doctor for the first time. I needed a Pediatric Gastroenterologist so I picked this doctor who is also a pediatrician. I cannot say if he is a good doctor or not BUT his office staff is horrible. I spoke to two different “call center” reps to make the appointment and explained to them that I don’t need a referral to see any specialist because I have a PPO Plan and they gave me the appointment. The date of the appointment, his secretary I believe “Anita” called me to tell me that my son could not be seen because he did not have a referral and because his pediatrician needed to be from the same physician’s center. To me this was very disappointing, ridiculous and upsetting because my son needed to see a specialist right away and they denied medical care. More professionalism is needed in this office and better training for his staff.

He is HORRIBLE - spends little to no time with patients, rushes out as soon as he can, and blatantly ignores medical conditions he sees in my children FREQUENTLY. Once my son voiced her concerns about a medical issue and he turned to me and said don't listen to her. I brought in my daughter on a day he had off and she was treated by the other doctor in the practice. My daughter was AMAZED at how much time and care the female doc took with her. Dr. Rodrigues is terrible.

He needs to be more knowledgeable and offer all options of how to assist his patience, to the parents of the children. I had some concerns and felt that they were not properly addressed until I went to another Dr.
