I have switched away from this doctor as I do not agree with his conduct. I was having a medical issue prescribed some medicine by him which had made the situation worse! In my moment of need I felt deserted by Dr Reuben Stephen. He has lots availability on his calendar!! I certainly won’t be recommending my family or friends to this guy. Extremely let down.

I scheduled an appointment to be checked due to a throat infection. The office of this doctor called me to inform me that they cannot accept someone who has "sore throat" due to COVID, only video visit. How can a doctor see if I have an infection virtually? this doctor is just accepting healthy people for physical examinations? SENSELESS

Me and my husband are patients of Dr Reuben for about 10 years . He is a wonderful Doctor and person. He has been there for us in wellness and when we have been sick. Which hasn't been too often since he has keep us well for many many years.We are both in our eighties and hope Dr, reuben will be our doctor for many more years to come, Thank you Dr Reuben for everything and being the wonderful person you are.

My family and I have been patients of Dr Ruben for over 20 years. HIs encouragement, sincerity, professionalism and kindness come naturally. He always takes time to ask about our lives outside of the treatment room. We trust his judgment 100% and are very grateful to have him as our physician.

Dr. Reuben seems to be a nice man. He seems paternalistic, i.e. expects that patients will follow his orders. His office appearance is sloppy. The door to interview room is sometimes left open while patients are being counseled or medical history taken allowing patients in waiting room to clearly overhear conversation. Appointment scheduling is prompt. His staff is sometimes rude and lacks telephone etiquette.

Dr. Reuben has been my doctor sine he opened his practice over thirty years ago. I have always found him to be an excellent doctor. He is an skilled diagnostician, he cares about your health in entirety, spends a lot of time listening and answers phone calls. There are few doctors these days who you can say that about. His staff are extremely efficient and helpful. Don't be thrown off because the office has not been remodeled. Dr. Reuben cares more about his patients than how his office looks.
