Wonderful care. COVID-19 protocols in place. Always clean
Apparently the employees are controlling the doctor.
I was going there for a long time, as I felt, I didn't want to go to another doctor. I never was happy going there. When you go for blood work, you always have to go back for a follow up appointment, as he never calls you with results. He always insists on sending you to specialists even if there is no need. His staff is very unprofessional and he sees too many patients. I had enough of him, and I left him in June. I'm seeing another doctor and I'm very happy and satisfied. I would never recommend doctor Jay to any of my friends.
The administrative staff is so rude and incompetent. They will yell at you and try to belittle you by explaining common office practice rules in a nasty and condescending way. For this reason alone, I would not recommend you visit this practice.
They over schedule patients. The wait is horrendous. The office is anxiety ridden, trying to keep up with the patients. Had to miss an appointment because they didn’t send over the referral, and after calling, no response. He seems like a nice person, but go somewhere where you’d be taken care of well.
Great doctor! very professional and thorough.
i have been going to.the queens office with dr.schosclmann for over 15 years .although he has passed away ,the staff there isnt professional at all..very immature and arrogant. the girl amanda is so extremely arrogant, rude and disrespectful over the phone.this is so unacceptable ,being that the dr.jaysundra is a great doctor who relates and shows that he cares about the patients. please do something about her attitude and her professionalism to patients
Dr. J is very knowledgeable and caring. Spends time to explain information. However the office and staff is completely unprofessional. As much as he is a great doctor this could be the reason he loses myself & family members as patients.
I went to this office for about 4 yrs. It started out great then went sour around 2017. Some of the staff there are unprofessional, have attitudes and their whole demeanor is just disgusting for having to deal with patients. When you're dealing with patients you have to be professional, no matter what, because you don't know what someone may be going through. The icing on the cake for me was when they called to schedule an appt. I said the Dr said he was going to schedule a stress test because I was due, so I"m not going back until that's done. The female claimed she would confirm that and get back to me. Needless to say, I never heard back. Also, the office manager has no business being an office manager, when she doesn't want to deal with the responsibilities that come with it. After this and dealing with attitude and a few unprofessionals numerous times, I decided to move on. Good luck with getting your medical records because they give you the run around and then claim it's the policy everywhere. I didn't realize they knew the policy "everywhere". Good luck if you choose to go to this place.
Dr. Jayasundera and his staff are wonderful! I feel very satisfied knowing that I'm in good hands.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
