very unprofessional. Dr Ferraro doesn't make diagnosis based on exams or medical finding. Dr Ferrero makes decisions based on persuasion, emotions, and makes diagnosis outside of her medical field of study, putting patients heath and safety at risk.

I am new to the area and needed to see a neurologist. Dr. Ferraro was recommended by another Doctor who did not know her, but heard she was good? She was very cold and my appointment was hurried, not the kind of Doctor that I was looking for.

only called to get a referral appointment for my step mother, per primary dr. first call was told that i needed to get records from former neurologist, called primary for information and called back after information was faxed and was told that they are 2 weeks behind . i tried to explain about my situation and was put on infinate hold. after being told very rudely to Hold on . I am my step mothers only care giver and im out on FLMA awaiting results from this neurogoist and office staff was very rude. No one would listen to me and what i was up against. Im hoping the primary will find us another neurologist with some better office staff than this doctor

Doctor Ferraro is wonderful, comprehensive technical discussion, options clearly defined, and empathetic approach. She took my pain very seriously. the staff, even though stressed because of COVID, deals with people in pain with patience and responsiveness.

not a good meeting, she was condescending and annoyed that my cardio had referred me as I hadn't had a stroke as he thought I had from symptoms. would not go back to her and her office staff was terrible and downright rude.

We love her! She takes excellent care of my husband and is always upbeat and optimistic. The office is run very well and calls are always answered promptly. An excellent experience, would recommend her for anyone looking for help with a brain disorder.
