I am totally puzzled by the negative reviews I have read. Worked with Dr Borgos both as a professional (executive director of an assisted living facility) and personally as my physician. Was one of the few physicians who would actually call me back if I had a question at the facility and was caring enough to call me at home after my diagnosis of breast cancer. Could not have a better physician.

I don’t understand the other reviews because they sound nothing like Dr. Borgos. I have been seeing Dr. Borgos for around 8 years as my primary care provider. I have had some very odd health issues the last 2 years and he has been one of the few MD’s that has taken the time to explain everything. He is very detailed in the testing ordered. Spends a lot of time with me explaining what is going on and where we go from here. Best primary care doctor in this area!

Dr. Borgos was negligent, passive in treatment for my mother. He ignored signs of cancer. He said her symptoms were "normal signs of aging." I fought for her. He did not.

Dr. Borgos is very concerned for his patients. He listens and encourages questions. Dr. Borgos explains instructions in lay terms and schedules a follow-up should one be necessary. Lastly, he is most always reachable through the Patient Portal which gets answered in a timely manner.

I have always found Dr. Borgos very attentive and caring. Always returns messages. Could not find a better doctor anywhere.

Dr. Borgos never listens to a word I say. He walks in with a preconceived idea of treatment before even hearing me speak. I once asked for a blood test for a genetic mutation I suspected I had. He refused and said, "I'm not going to order that for you. If it came back positive, I wouldn't recommend any change anyway." I went to another provider, who ordered the blood test for me. It came back positive and now I am on lifelong medication to manage this genetic problem. Dr. Borgos does not listen.

I was always rushed through the visit, no health concerns were ever addressed, and improper medication was prescribed for my particular aliment.
