COVID-19 Vaccine Appointment Review:Like most places these days when you enter they check your temperature, so if you have a fever you can't come in. Then you're sent up to the third floor in a socially distanced elevator, so not too many people can be grouped up at once. Once inside you check yourself in at a kiosk, show your completed NYS Vaccine Form to the receptionist and then get sent inside. Inside there are socially distant chairs that form a line that you sit in and wait to be called. Once I got called in I met with a very nice nurse who ran through a checklist to ask if I had any medical conditions and to make sure I've been feeling well lately. Then they explain to you what side effects you might feel after the 1st and 2nd dose, what vaccine you're going to get and they show you the vaccine syringe. I got Pfizer and I overheard another nurse administer Pfizer to someone else as well, so that's what you may get. The shot is quick and painless, less painful than getting your blood drawn! (A few hours later I had moderate muscle soreness around the injection site, but that's perfectly normal). Afterwards they send you to a waiting room where you time yourself for the required 15 minute wait and then if you feel well, you can leave. Nobody I saw in the waiting room had any bad reactions. Also, while you're in the waiting room you'll get a text/email with a link to schedule you're 2nd dose vaccine appointment, which is very convenient. Overall my experience was very positive and quick. I highly encourage everyone to get vaccinated so we can start getting our lives back to normal. And once you do get vaccinated keep wearing a mask and socially distancing until the pandemic is truly over. Stay safe out there everyone!

I am very happy with the all medical team that work for all the patients very professional. They always show interest to get the best medical treatment because they know all my medical condition. Thanks and God bless all the hard workers.They put their own life in risk to save others.

Absolutely the same problem. I needed to fill out a form for the agency. The tests resalt were already ready. I was at the reception the day before. But she said I must come. And despite the fact that I sent the form online, I had to do the apointing twice more to bring the form and then pick it up. The previous nurse Yana was great, she could do it in 5 minutes.

Hands down the worst place I have ever tried to see a doctor! The staff is rude, unprofessional and nasty. The doctors are beyond high and mighty and make inappropriate comments. They also do not follow protocol. They lie about needing referrals and not being able to do blood work despite the orders being entered by an NYU doctor. If you can avoid this place do so at all costs.NYU has great doctors if you need to see one go to there facility at 555 Madison Ave!

Long wait times. My appointment was for 11:00 and the doctor did not see me until. Nearly 1:00.No explanation, no apology, and no regard for the patient’s time.

My entire family uses Dr. Osmanovic I think he’s a great doctor however the nurses assistant Marina is Horrendous she’s never able to return a phone call if and when you leave several messages to her direct extension. in addition to that to even get a simple form filled out it took almost a month to do every time I would get in touch with her she would say I took care of it I took care of it however the agency that needed the form says that it was never set this is a very very poor experience that I receivedagain my entire family uses Dr. Osmanovic and we’re very happy with the doctor but everybody in my family has experienced poor quality of service from Marina
